I saw my doctor because I get pain on the right side of my abdomen. I took a blood test that indicated high bilirubin. I have to go for imaging next week to try and narrow down the cause. Crossing my fingers. I've been a moderate drinker for years, so maybe I'm paying for it now. I have trouble sleeping too, though that could be because I'm into intermittent fasting. Thanks for this video. It explains it a bit better. Pray for me all!

Am also battling with heavy mariguana smoking and alcohol for 17 years but of recently xray results showed calcification on my right lung and a mild hyperbilirubinemia. My doctor ordered for a ct scan to narrow down the cause...am a little bit concerned...pray for me

My total is at 1.0 and I heard more than 1.2 is a problem.. 15 years ago I had a gallbladder inflammation and an enlarged spleen that I never knew of until now, could it mean I still have that going on? 🤔 I realized it isn’t from the red blood cell issues since my CBC didn’t come back with anemia so it must be from the direct one

Since 2011 when I can find some med records I've had elevated levels anywhere from 2-4 bilirubin it's been up and down and I'm just realizing it now they still don't say anything to me about it but I've noticed it has been elevated for years. Trying to figure out if it's bad. I'm 32 now. Perhaps if hemoglobin which is sugar and carbs causing it maybe eliminating most of it is a fix. I'm currently on high fat low carb diet non processed whole.
