I hope you can reach your goals! I don't really have specific running goals. I just wanna keep on improving my 5k and 10k times.
I find improving times is the hardest. I wish you the best!
Good luck in your goals. My main goal for now is my first half marathon at the end of April, aiming for a time of 1h 45mins. After that I'd like to do a bit more trail running and enter a few local events.
@@pauljknight75 That's around my PB too on a half marathon. Doubt I'll ever run that fast again on a half marathon
