the reason the prison populations in China Russia and North Korea are less than the USA is because people in those countries are afraid of their criminal justice system so they avoid it, here they don't. because we don't treat them like they do there. here we coddle our prisoners. you think NK gives their prisoners medical care, education, 3 meals, recreation etc?
You have no clue as to what you're saying. I'm guessing you don't travel or read books. Organized crime, along with the corrupt government, is enough to occupy the CJ system for life. Bravo, to this man ( my professor assigned this Ted talk).
