Actually minor millets small seeds are small mustard like seed with hursk. While winnowing and milling it is not completely dehusked. There are some seeds with husk in red colour.
Mam, AAP kodo ki kheer ya as it is jaise hamne pakaya hai kha sakte hai, vrat me aisa to maine kahi nhi pda millets vrat me nhi khayi jati. Aap fir v aur logo se salah le sakti hai is par.

@nilimamuley1845 Aaj sayad yhi karan hai hum apne parchin dang se taiyar bartan tyag kar direct pressure cooker me kha kha kar motapa, diabetes jaise bimari me ghar par la rhe hai. Yha bartan se hi gao me khana banta tha aaj Adhunikta me log anye anye bartan direct k chakkar me kha kar apne ghar me bimari pal lete hai.
@chandrapandey4878 I eat this kodo rice since childhood at my home, we locally called it kodai. My husband is officer in agriculture department. Kodo seed with husk is brown in colour and after its cleaning- dehusking it become white in colour sir.

Yes, kodo and kutki are 2 different millets. Kutki is called Littttle millet

Unpolished millets hi khana hai, chilka utar dene se fiber kam ho jayega, pura fayda nahi milega.. polished millets nahi lena hai.
