Hi, an excellent video for first time visitors to Barbados. It answered a lot of my questions for my holiday to Barbados next week. We done Juber Ahmed for putting together this very informative video. Well done, keep up the good work. 👍
Although we have been there several times I thoroughly enjoyed your video, extremely well put together and would absolutely recommend anyone who has not been to Barbados to give it a watch. Well done my friend. Stay safe.
So excited to finally see a video on Barbados! The people seem to have a lovely aura about them, and their laughter is infectious! Food looks really good too. By the way, you really suit the hat1 🤩
great video, I did my honeymoon in Barbados. I found it to be very peaceful and the people were extremely kind. One thing I will say though is that it is an expensive place to visit, I would encourage people to save well if they are going,.I personally stayed at the South Beach Hotel which made things a little pricier but worth it in my opinion. Very nice place to visit.
7:03 Cool video on my island home, Juber! Barbados is _indeed_ pricey. But certain items are actually cheaper here than in other countries. For instance, speaking under correction, eggs are currently less expensive here than in most parts of the US. (I think there's an egg shortage affecting the US, or something like that.) Also, several years ago an aunt of mine who resides in the US bought sheets and pillowcases at PriceMart because they were far less pricey than in New York City even though their quality was the same. It's my understanding gold jewelry is also more affordable here than in Canada. So, it pays to shop around.
Nice video! I'm from barbados so it's cool to see content like this. I was listening and just wanted to let anyone who was interested know that it's pronounced shef-et (that's probably a weird weird to put it but just wanted to say!
Awesome! Glad you liked the content :) Lol thanks for that - my wife also pointed this out to me later too lol Not the first time I've mispronounced words in Barbados lol
If you only have UK pounds on you i.e. last couple of days of your holiday and you need some food, some of the bigger supermarkets will take the UK Pound, Euro or US Dollar (can't do that at Tesco's LOL). You can use your bank cards at some of the cashpoint machines see your balance, get cash, etc. (do your research before you go so you know which ones and where they are). Massy is partners with Waitrose make of that what you want, for general shopping on a budget it won't work but if you miss something from home and WANT it go there.
Amazing, FABULOUS video, Allah bless you. I'm about to book a family holiday last minute for my family.. Please add information about Halal friendly places or where it's ready to find halal meat, my kids are carnivores 😀 God help me if they had to eat vegetables the whole week.
I prefer to stay within walking distance of Oistins, you can eat reasonably cheaply and you are a short distance from plenty of Restaurants at and around St Lawrence Gap. There are mini buses galore up and down, Taxis are not mega expensive and there is a Bus Station in Oistins. I always rent a vehicle and have stayed in many areas and always get attracted back to Oistins
@@dovygoodguy1296 I like Holetown and have stayed in a Villa there and also Speightstown I just prefer Oistins and the Friday nights at the Fish fry are the best on the Island, and maybe not as many Restaurants as Holetown there’s still a decent choice. I will still visit a few up that way as my wife likes Tides and a few others and we often call into Zacks. It’s still a small Island as long as we can avoid the main traffic times around Bridgetown
@dovygoodguy1296 Fitts Village, where Jordan's is located has high way one run right through it from there you can get blue gov buses that go up to Speights town or down to Bridgetown. If you want a wee bit more fun go on the yellow buses but be prepared for loud music. 3.5 BBD better to have change. Ajoupa villas is a great place to stay there
Cayman Airways now has direct flights to Barbados, so your video really gives me lots of idea! Thanks 👍

Missing home which not too far from Harrison cave and beautiful beaches and foods.
Lovely video. Lots of great info without the ridiculous music in the background that so many of these videos have. Nice one👍

Where do people go in Barbados and Bridgetown who don't drive and who want to be close to the usual amenities??
From barbados you got plenty of public transport that run from around 5am to 11am (roughly) that's goes all over the country.

Good video bro
Great video. Is this 1 bedroom? You have link to property?
Hi
Yes this is 1 bedroom and the link is in description. If you do book, let Peter the landlord know that Juber referred you. Thanks 😊
Prices are soooooo cheap compared to Cayman!!😢
Nice video. Just one correction. It's pronounced chef-fet. The te at the end is silent.
A nice video
Thanks 😊
That margarine is for cooking and baking. You need to buy Glowspread margarine.
Oops lol - Thanks for the tip!

You need wifi for this which is not available everywhere especially if you’re driving around the island
@@JuberAhmedTravel he's correct. You won't need wifi with data turned on. I do it all the time. Just ensure data is turned on and you're good to go.
@@JuberAhmedTravelcan confirm I’m from Barbados but there’s city Wi-Fi you can use for free only available in Bridgetown
