Looks like a chill island. I'm surprised at how reasonable the price for the accommodation is! I've never seen a cave tour like that on a Caribbean island. It's so extensive. Looks cool. 👍 Congrats on 400k! You guys so deserve it. 500k just around the corner 😊.

Beautiful sky at sunset, we have saying in Ireland, red sky at night, shepherd's delight, red sky in the morning, shepherds warning.
I was there in 1975, it was my favorite Caribbean Island. Loved it. And it always had the world highest literacy rate.

It said it was meant to rain every day, but it only happened 1 day inn3 weeks! Sun and min 31 degrees C every day!
If you love the Caribbean you need to visit St. Martteen the French and Dutch island! So beautiful!! I leave a little piece of my heart there every time ❤
Just outside Harrison’s Cave is a lovely little restaurant called Celestine’s with delicious authentic Bajan food. All the tour drivers go there to eat while the tourists visit the cave highly recommend

Looks really nice there. I love the Caribbean in rainy season, I don’t mind the storms at all as long as it isn’t a hurricane.
We went to Barbados in March of last year-that's where our (bargain )😉Caribbean cruise on P&Os Arvia started ( and ended!). We spent some time in Bridgetown and then went on the Reggae Bus- you haven't really been to Barbados if you've never experienced that : 🤪😂🙉🙉🙉We ended up in a lovely bar/restaurant in Speightstown which is my favourite place on the Island. I hope you had a relaxing week in beautiful Barbados!( and yes, prices almost treble if you go in High season(winter))

One of my fave Caribbean islands! Knowing you guys love surfing, you must rent boards and head to Silver Sands and/or Friar's Bay for some fun surfing. If you want to watch some extreme surfing, head to Bathsheba. Have fun!

Hi Chris & Carol, Go on The Bejan Queen at a weekend, you'll have a wonderful evening with the locals.
You should check out Turks and Caicos islands! Especially North Caicos... you have miles of pristine beaches almost for yourself... ! South Cacos is also worth a short flight on small plane :) And Anguilla also blew my mind... parasailing over Shoal bay was mindblowing!

Hi Chris and Carol I see you made it very close to there I live in Trinidad and Tobago. Yes Barbados is very nice indeed been there a few times. You should try to submarine tour.
Try Folkestone marine park in St James on the west coast for some of the best snorkeling.
I suggest you check Sliver Sand beach with the legend Brian Talma and his SurdeAction center where you could enjoy watersports with positive vibrations, yeah!

Barbados is beautiful but is very expensive to visit.

Please note that though Barbados is considered a Caribbean Island it is actually a hundred miles out into the Atlantic Ocean. The Caribbean Sea/ Atlantic Ocean divide runs up the island chain with Barbados out to the East in the Atlantic.

@@JumpingPlaces it was dirty and the water was not very clear. There was a small group cleaning fish and throwing the scraps in the water. We saw a shark right in front of us. So no thanks lol. There are plenty of other beaches. Have fun. Can’t wait to see what you do while on the island. Maybe just stop by and see if it is still that way.
Do you guys wear sunscreen when at these beaches?
yeah spf 50, that's why we don't change color much anymore lol. we used to use around 25-30 and would get more tanned or burnt

Mainly the price has stopped us going. I have seen videos from other people doing it on a budget and the prices still seemed nuts
@JumpingPlaces Hawaii is overrated. You have to really go out of your way to avoid the mass tourism and when you do, be ready to dish out the big $$$$$.
