    Hi Emeline,
I have no problem whatsoever with you accepting sponsorship, it’s a great way to fund the channel and it gives us a good look at what is new on the market, it’s a win win situation.
As you have said, you ‘MUST’ keep your integrity and if a product is bad then it needs to be said regardless of the outcomes.
I think you should start selling ‘Off-Track Family’ blankets that could be personalised!! 😂
    Kind regards
    Tony

Thanks Tony! Sure, integrity is important as we're here to share our experiences, good and bad. It's necessary to keep that win-win situation for all our viewers and for us as users. Haha not sure we could have a legendary blanket to keep up with yours 😄

Transparency is always important, if you get sponsored, your viewers should know.
That said, there is a weird dynamic here. I love small businesses, but small business are not as able to ‘risk’ a sponsorship and provide free goods when compared to industry giants. Hence the power of influencer marketing mainly benefits industry giants, and I think influencers should be wary of that.
That said, no cooperation should be based on the fact that you HAVE to generate positive reviews. Through realistically, if you want an influencer career based on brand deals, the requirement is implicit. Generating bad press is unlikely to grant you a future sponsorship after all.
That said, I wouldn’t make it a bigger deal than it is. A lot of people on UA-cam will have their opinions regardless of your explanation.

I agree with that and it's true it might be easier for larger companies and we shouldn't put aside small businesses if we feel their work or product are worth it only for the sake of getting sponsored (aka free parts). As said, what we have is what we would have even if no partnership is possible. It's important for us to keep our "user/consumer" power and be free to review parts as we truly experience them.

Well done, excellent decision, we must not give in to the god of money.

As long as your review of their products are true then I’m fine with that as you need to make a living and overland / defender parts are not cheap.
And as long as your honest about any product then that’s great as it saves us money if product is rubbish and we know not to buy.

We will always share our personal experience as users, with and without any partnership gojng on. If it helps, its a win for us. We spent so many time and money over the years making mistakes and bad choices. Still learning today btw ;)

Wouldn't expect anything less from you guys always believed you were honest and upfront. Discounts probably easier to organise and will benefit more viewers but an occasional give away would be nice too.
Shame Wayne at nuggetstuff has retired I have ordered his sealed air filter box from a company in the UK before they are no longer available.

Thanks! Yes a shame for us regarding Nugget Stuff. Talked to Wayne few days ago, he's enjoying his retirement while still available to answer our questions ;)

I ordered a few bits from a reputable company in UK, delivery was for a Tuesday, I couldn't be home for the delivery of a 2m awning and annexe room. They had no flexibility and refused to change delivery date. I'm sure their kit is good and popular. I will never order anything from them again. There are many facets in making a product good.

Unfortunate to read that bad experience. Depending on the delivery company we can adjust the date (thinking about dpd, dhl, fedex)

    Saludos.

It's true many channels are also on this path, even though I felt it was important to be transparent and share how we personally work with that 🙂

Well, you have nothing to justify. UA-cam users should be grateful for your work, without asking for anything in return. Only those of us who have a channel or have had one, which is my case, know what it costs to upload content.
