Nice to see one of my favourite boxing channels back
One of the most skillful boxers of this generation (ever?). Hope he has more years in his tank because I love seeing him fight! Would love to see more breakdowns like this and more videos with "partner drills" so I can steal some ideas for my gym ;) great upload, thanks coach!
An undisputed champion who moved up to hw and took the unified champs belts- and made it look easy. (Floyd TBE Mayweather style)
Safe to say Usyk is one of the most skilled to Grace the sport.
If he gets undisputed at HW and undefeated he’s gotta be in the GOAT convo.
Loma: *let me introduce myself*
@@MatteoR77 What point are you trying to make? What does Loma have to do with it?
@@MatteoR77 Same trainer, brah, and they're best friends. Both are great and bring slightly different skillsets to the table.
Usyk shows a complete enciclopedia of boxing tecniques, thanks for put it in enlighted evidence!
Incredible breakdown fam! One of the best I've seen. Boxing IQ off the charts!
The best breakdown by far . Very interesting
great IQ and he didn't forget the amateur boxing basics ... top
great analysis! Usyk just unbelievable... so many levels to his game ;-)
Say what they will. I don’t think ANY heavyweight is keen to fight Usyk. He’s a problem. He’s got a great motor. He’ll give Fury fits physically and Fury won’t be able to play psychological games with him because Usyk has a great headspace and he’s tough and super fit as well. You gotta love a man that fights for glory.
Its a 50/50 as long as Usyk gets past AJ
I guess you where right lol
Good take. 2 years before the world knew.
I've never seen so much talent and thought put into a match. He's a master technician of the game.
you will become famous in the boxing world for your amazing analysis!!!!!!!!!😁😁🤟🤟🤛🤛
Usyk is really a superb fighter. One of the best in the last generation. He's the next to become two times undisputed 🔥
Really enjoyed that, I knew he was good but I definitely learned more about his style after watching this, cheers !
Uysk has a level of stamina completely unavailable to any heavyweight.
he kinda has that ali style and they were even born on the same day
@@markusk8298 They fight nothing alike... Usyk is way more skilled.
There’s a reason for that, keep up with me on this one I will try to explain it the best I can.
Firstly in the first three rounds Usyk is just on a scouting mission and does not throw any power shots, his main goal is just to find his rhythm and timing. From rounds 4 onwards he never puts above 70-80% power in most of his punches to keep his balance and reflexes on point. He does this so he’s more agile on his feet and also helps him conserve his energy. The main reason Usyks opponents deplete in energy is because they throw every shot with 90-100% power and never find their own rhythm. Rhythm is key because when you have your own timing and flow your body uses less energy and is more efficient. Usyk then uses his faints movement and combinations to tire the opponent out. The best way to describe this is if you drive a car for a long time you get tired, not physically but mentally and this is what Usyk is successful at doing even with the fittest of athletes. Rhythm, Use of Faints, Movement and Energy efficiency is why Usyk is able to last 12 rounds without a problem.
@@ahaider7871 yeah also usyk does not waste his punches throw less but accurate
Usyk's stamina and conditioning are unreal
How many skills he has.... So many weapons.amazing.
It's always boxing masterclass with USYK, one of the best boxers EVER !
Already know don’t even have to watch the video to know it’s going to be amazing 🐐
I am myself boxtrainer and l enjoy your analysis, sharp and short explanation, thank you, and Usik is nice to lern from,,all the best
Loma and Usyk are from the same boxing background, and both of them often wear shoes that resemble more of a running/sprinting shoe type, with free ankles, then usual boxing high shoes which date back from over a hundread years ago.
And the two have basically the same footwork. Some high tech historians in the Ukranian team.
They are coached by the same person sometimes, loma father but you knew that already bro
The master technician. And I don't mean Usyk who obviously is too, but I'm talking about coach Mcleod. Great video sir 👍
It’s the movement that makes him unique
Usyk is the heavyweight Matrix
That one dislike must be from AJ. Great breakdown!
Hello, greetings from Mexico.
Great breakdown !!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
One of my favourite boxers. Love his skills, endurance and character.
Extraordinary breakdown! What a man Usyk is. Well deserved.
Wonderful work! This is why we love boxing
Usyk is a boss !
Best youtube channel guys ! Thanx for your content
This is a bad ass video!!! I loved it. Enjoyed every bit of it and learned some things to use in my own craft. I really enjoy your videos and I like how brilliant all the content you put out in every video. I see there is some serious skill coming from you and your gym, and I really appreciate the fact you share it with us. With that, thank you and God bless you and yours bro
Excellent presentation 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾”And The New”👊🏾😎
Joshua’s corner : “We need to watch this again and again!
UA-cam : Yes. We presented to you our new looping video option.
😂😂
Usyk machine boxing ...great vídeo continue working
Wonderful instructional video. I understand more of what happened in the Aj vs Usysk fight now.
Спасибо за проделанную работу над обзором) Усик один из любимых боксеров. Канал шикарный, ждём больше видео из тренировок и отработок))
WoW I am loving this breakdown, soundtracks are epic as always!! Keep up the great work brother!!
Usyk should know that next time Joshua will have a straight right or right uppercut answer for the inside jab. I don't want Usyk to lose the rematch.
tbh, at that level he should have been able to work it out in real time. I think the only way he beats him is just to jump on him from the start and go for broke. His career's over anyway if he loses again so he should just do a Nigel Benn and have a tear up.
@@philipvjones397 And he doesn't connect on Usyk, he will get tired. People who say he should do that doesn't think about him missing Usyk. They don't think about his cardio.
@@clm3888 He's already tried boxing him from the outside - he'll just lose again if he does that. He's 20 lbs heavier, he should be leaning on him and roughing him up. Boxing is calculated risk.
@@philipvjones397 TBH even in football, the NFL, there are some QBs who need the coaches to give them plays and audibles. Then there are QBs like Tom Brady who can calculate and adjust on the fly. Boxing’s equivalent to Brady would be Floyd. (Floyd does it even better than Brady seeing as Boxing doesn’t have the multiple resets between plays that Football has). Two respective 🐐 in their sports. Every athlete isn’t them, and AJ certainly isn’t. He’s the former, he needs extensive preparation and time with coaches to adjust. He can’t do it on the fly. He can’t even do it between multiple rounds. He’s a rematch fighter who improves during camp. Which is why he shouldn’t have been trying to outbox Usyk to begin with. He could’ve set Usyk up via Boxing, for big punches, but he didn’t try to.
The first fight was really usyk planning the next fight. Thats how great this boxer is and how far ahead he is of any opponent.
This is the definition of advanced basics. Perfect, textbook southpaw boxing, with a very high fight IQ. Usyk is a legit champ.
Constant movement. Which requires incredible stamina/cardio. That is the secret.
He is a combination of Ali, lomachenko and pacquiao ! and definetly his best fight was against briedis!
Absolutely agree, especially with that elbow defense.
I don't know that beating he put on the German i forget his name in the first fight of the WBS had some stank on it. Dude shoved him in the face off and got his ass hung on his head for his trouble. Ive caught myself wondering could he be a cyborg or something. lol! but i really have.....
The man is a weapon 🔫
This was absolutely brilliant! Well done, mate.
This video deserves a million views . Great technical breakdown analysis .

Well done Usyk, champ! Great video.
It is impressive to see those techniques, the truth is that I would like to train there, they analyze well and they will never stop learning since you analyze one and the other and the knowledge in this sport becomes more effective. Thanks now, I have learned more thanks to this channel.

I've only just found your channel, love the highlander intro and name obviously. I've always thought Usyk looked like and was menacing like the Kergan from the Highlander.
Thought you'd enjoy that!
Brilliant! He totally does
@@McLeodScott right, same gap in the teeth, same menacing smile, lol. He's such a nice guy though, it makes it hard to see him as anything but good
Fucking great breakdown! Pardon my language but this upload is just on point!
Just subscribed, naturally!
Damn best breakdown of the Savage soviet southpaw
Can you do a more in depth video on elbow blocks or what you call the wedge block that’s such an interesting was of defense and if you could do the southpaw version too that would be awesome!
