My 3 engines you guys supplied HE pistons for are 292 blocks with 312 cranks and rods. One single carb, one dual carters, one powerdyne pumped through your intake. All with long tube headers, valve springs to spin 5500, msds and tire dyno tuned. Very happy engines, well except drip drip drip no matter how perfectly I gasketed them. Tanx again for the help.

Hey if your still there Y blocks were the replacement of the Ford flathead V8. The Y block came in 272, 202 and 312. Ford used these motor in everything from trucks to Nascars with Paxton supercharged 312s.
