Amazingly sharp Graphics for its Time
This game is absolutely gorgeous and still looks amazing for a DC game.
One of the earliest examples of cel-shading, next to Jet Set Radio, also on Dreamcast.
This is still by far one of my favorite racing games~!
It looks very underrated can't wait to play it.
I loved this game so much I'd unlock characters over and over again because I didn't have a memory card
Dreamcast was really ahead of its time.
No it wasn't. The Dreamcast was an absolute fail and just showed how much Sega had fallen since the Saturn. "Ahead of it's time" my ass. It couldn't even compete with the other consoles of the time. Which is why it died off so quickly.

I just bought Wacky Racers. Still holds up.

Which one is better for this game, PS2 or Dreamcast?
@Mackenzie Peters PS2 controller do have analogue triggers.
PS2. Better lighting, better fog. Low res and pixel grid mixed with effects and distances making it look more alive
Dreamcast version is leagues above PS2.
@Mackenzie Peters Well, since pressure-sensitive buttons work with analogue signals, they are technically analogue, including the triggers. The DualShock 2 even has the "analog" button under SELECT and START to switch them to digital mode. Btw, they work in this game.
I'd love to see an Open World Looney Tunes RPG - old school Looney Tunes, not the politically correct versions mind you.
They made great graphics but totally forgot the SFX.

It’s an emulation issue; the SFX is there on real hardware or emulation without issues.
