Like you, I've always pronounced it as though there is an R in the second syllable. I don't know why, but clearly the R is not there. Like you, I'll probably continue with my old habit, because who cares. I love the combination of orange and vanilla. I do fondly remember creamsicle popsicles from childhood.
I always thought the freeze fill line is where you were supposed to stop when filling the container. I see now that it works just fine at the second line. Do you know what that first freeze fill line is supposed to indicate?
The lower freeze fill line is what you use if you're doing something that's drinkable like a slushie or a frappe or something like that. The upper one is for things that are going to be strictly scoopable.... However, if you plan on mixing stuff like chocolate chips or something in there, you wanna come in a little below that to make sure there's room. That being said, I usually don't do that and I just eat a little off the top to make the mix-in space. ha ha.
@pureh200 Humm... Gonna have to go through that again and see what I did. The mandarins I used were freaky small if I remember right... Maybe that was the issue.
Great recipe. We always buy those cuties. But beware of the sweetener in your monk fruit. The brand you use has Erythritol. www.webmd.com/diet/what-is-erythritol
I used this recipe. I did not like it at all. Totally threw it out. It did not have the blend of sweetness and tartness like the Push-ups or creamsicles of my childhood. It was too sweet with the mandarins and the pulp ruined the consistency too. Total fail.

That was very useful, thank you! I was having the same problem and to date the best fix was adding a little bit of milk when respining
Yeah.. That usually fixes it right up. Sometimes just a respin will do it too, but it just kinda depends.
FANTASTIC!!!

Yeah... Always been a fan of those creamcicles!

@@JoesPhenomenal Okay, thank you! Yeah that sounds like the most fun method lol
@xXDANTHELEGENDXx lol.... Yuuup! Almost as good as stealing the extra sip of slurpee at 7-11 when it overflows the cup!
Could you use a dairy milk or would that curdle?
Yep.. That's fine. You just don't wanna overheat it.
Joe have you ever tried Allulose instead of the Monk Fruit?
I haven't, but I've been wanting to compare the two... Might do a video for that one.
Which setting did you use?
Sorbet
Can almond milk be used instead?
Yep! Sure can.
@@JoesPhenomenal thanks. I wasn’t sure because of the lack of thickness.
@cvawter44 I've always had pretty good luck with it. Full fat oatmilk does keep it a little creamier though.
Is the recipe you posted in the description box twice the amount? I made it and filled 2 containers...
Which Ninja Creami do you have? I did this on the Deluxe which holds about 3 cups.
@@JoesPhenomenal I have the creami deluxe.

Pure allulose might be better for people with concerns. That stuff messes with my stomach pretty bad though.

That's too bad. Sorry you didn't care for it. I appreciate you trying it though!
Apparently thing lose sweetness when they are frozen. You could try adding extra monk fruit sweetener
Did he have on bear shoes
I just need a good pedicure... And a shave

Never say sherbert!
