- Sweet potato’s in the air fryer with marinated shrimp to go with it. I marinated the shrimp in deep roasted sesame marinade all day! I put those in the air fryer too. That was my first time making them in the air fryer and let me tell you something, they were delicious!!
Recipe:
Sweet Potatoes in the air fryer
6 medium sweet potatoes
1/4 cup oil olive
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons dry rosemary
salt and pepper to taste

Heard sweet potatoes are good for joint inflammation
I thought air fryers didnt require oil. Otherwise its the same as a regular over?
Just a little bit of oil is needed. I was shocked too but in my weight watchers class they said only a little oil is needed to air fry
I would not like garlic on sweet potatoes. I would do butter, brown sugar.
