      @@MatthiasLenardt thank you.🙏. That’s a sweet compliment and well received! People have told me that before. What’s funny is that I’m a school teacher professionally and talk all day long 180 days a year. So I have a different view of my voice. (Self-criticism you speak of in your video). Your comment with the others reminds me that mine is only one opinion of many…and maybe not the truth. ✨✨

      @beautifullifesageg.3951 Very normal: most people can listen and feel their voice while speaking, because the sound comes over our ears AND over our jawbones and this distortes our inner sound. Only when listening over microphones and loudspeakers/headphones we can hear ourselves the way others are experiencing our sound.
      And after all: too much opinions out there. Only your opinion counts!!!!!!
      Much love 💕

    Wow Jen, you were born to be a content creator! Your first video was very good. This video is a model for each one to come:
    1. Your special effects and b roll are smooth and seamless. Are you farming out your editing to professionals?
    2. Your end cards are placed precisely at the point where they gently nudge you to binge watch.
    3. Your story telling is natural and builds suspense; it's easy to see how the thousands of stories you have read to your students is transferring to your new global classroom community.
    Yes, your monetization is soon to come. 1000 subs is just ahead. I should also let you know that you are mentioned or cited on a lot of channels I have visited. So, congratulations on the growth of your new community.

There is room for all of us to succeed. Although there is a creative aspect that comes from somewhere deep within, the UA-cam model requires that we learn how to market ourselves. Great video! I spent a few hours researching keywords. You put them in the video itself, title, thumbnail and description… so what’s the difference between keywords and hashtags. That’s probably a dumb question.

    • @beautifullifesageg.3951
      @beautifullifesageg.3951  9 днів тому +3

      No question is dumb. 😉 Here’s an excerpt from an article on Sprout Social:
      UA-cam tags vs. UA-cam hashtags
      The main difference between UA-cam tags and UA-cam hashtags is that tags are used for relevancy in UA-cam search, while hashtags are used for dedicated hashtag search.
      For example, think of hashtags on Twitter. When you search for a specific hashtag, you’re able to see all of the Tweets that include that same hashtag. UA-cam hashtags work similarly, giving users the ability to see all UA-cam videos that include a specific hashtag in the title or description.
      UA-cam tags, on the other hand, describe the content of your video and help UA-cam (and potential viewers) understand what your video is about.
      Tags will help UA-cam’s search engine algorithm determine where to rank your video in UA-cam search results. Hashtags will simply anchor your content to other content that uses an identical hashtag.

      Thank you, Kim! Just focus on 1% improvement on each video. Decide which skill set you want to learn or improve upon and highlight that. For me, this time it was using b-roll to tell part of the story. I hadn’t done that before! It was easy enough for me that I’ll likely use it more going forward. Since you’re a student, you may be able to get Canva-Pro for free, if you don’t already have it. I have it free bc I’m an educator and both my kids (college-aged) have it free bc they’re students. It’s a huge help!
