Holy crap, I have had shoulder pain for over 2 months now. Did both of these and boy did this work. I even did a arm stretch and it popped afterwords. So with it popping I don't know if it was out of socket and this just helped get it back in or if those pops were air causing the pain. Who knows I am no professional at this but you are a life saver. The pain is not fully gone but I will do this a few times for the next few days to see how it does. But the relieve it provided is night and day.
It’s hard to say what the popping is but more than likely it’s coming from a tight muscle having to roll over something. Thanks for sharing your experience!! I love hearing that it helped you out.
Doctor, i can't lift my arm just a little bit earlier, now i did this exercise and i can lift my arm much higher now. I will do this again tomorrow. And hope to be feel better soon. Thank you so much!

So so glad I came across this channel. I. 62 and having been doing hardwood floors for 40 years and golfing for 50. I shoot a bow also. I've had to stop golfing because of the pain but am able to draw my bow. Any other suggestions based on this. Subscribed and thank you..
I love that you’re a fellow archery man! What kind of bow do you shoot? Any other latissimus dorsi exercises besides the bend over rows (shown in this video) would be great. You can also try to strengthen the external rotators of the shoulder. I’ll been making a video on that soon. Let me know how it goes.
I have pain when I lift my arm up, and when I try to sleep on the side, it hurts even more. I don't know if it's the muscle or arthritis but the pain is unbearable. I will try your method and hope the pain goes away.
It’s more than likely the muscle. Laying on your side is compressing everything and making it tighter. Try sleeping on your back and doing these exercises. You’ll feel a lot better.
What if the pain is on the upper top arm with no shoulder pain? I can verily lift my arms without excruciating pain it comes and goes lasting 2-10 days. Some days I can’t even move my arms at all which is not ideal. I have rheumatoid arthritis but I don’t see how my upper arms would be affected. Also I get similar pain in the top part of my forearm and it even swells. Seems like my family doctor and rheumatologist can’t give me any answers on what could be happening. Maybe I’m getting pinched nerves, I massage the arm and it goes numb and tingling
I'd ask for an x-ray or mri of your neck. That will let you know where the pain is coming from. Most of the time when someone has pain in the arm and forearm it's coming from a pinched nerve in the neck. Best of luck!
That's unfortunate! The first exercise shouldn't hurt your shoulder at all. The only area that should be moving/working is the middle of the back. If you try it again, do your best to keep your shoulder relaxed. That should make it less painful. Best of luck!
Mine hurts when i raise mine laterally around 45 to 90 degrees angle from when my arms and hands are next to my body in a natural standing position. When i raise them straight in front of me its no so bad.
@empowerhp I've tried them feel better it hurt my left shoulder doing the second one. That shoulder when you do that move ment to tense up your traps that show of pose my scapular sort of pops out and lifts out and up. Do you have any idea why that is Appreciate anyfeed back

How many times are we supposed to do these exercises? Per day and per time?
If you can do 6-8 reps, 3 sets, 3 times a day, you’ll have the best success. The more you do it the better results you’ll get.

First exercise, hard to do with a shoulder pain honestly. Second was more effective. Still hurts a bit.
