Hilarious!!! Cheap Labour - CUTE cheap labour you mean!! Gorgeous !! and the art piece - Awesome!!!! JUST ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. Well done everyone, I hope you are proud of Mum and your own work!!
Good decision on the flowing art vs. the eye. Have never liked ‘eyes’ especially large and graphic on any of my walls. Good video… inspiring me to do something similar. Definitely taking notes of materials and thought out process’s.
Hello! Your video has been of great help! I found a few ways to get the job done faster. the trick of the slanted cuts and also that it is not necessary to paint each piece completely. I would paint the entire long piece and then cut by moving the saw back and forth. Excellent your video! Your wall was amazing. Greetings from Chile 🇨🇱
Thank you! Just subscribed because of this video. I have several pieces of my grandfather's old roll top desk (flood damaged but still precious). NOW I know what to do with them and will incorporate them into art inspired by you. Loved your Empowered Women Empower Women shirt. You could add Inspired Women Inspire Women. Thank you for inspiring me.
Oh that’s going to be an awesome project! Please share with me on ig, how it turns out!! I am so glad to inspire you with this project. That is alway my goal ❤️Thank you so much!!
I enjoyed your video very much 😂. I did one panel with over 640 pieces by hand. Did it with a tiny brush, and around 100 pieces I had to paint it twice. I got very often the moment "shit, this will never going to be finished". Thanks for sharing
You are so talented! Love your artwork. Just wondering if you think these amazon hanging props will work on a large moss wall pc. I am inspired to build my own after seeing your other video but am only planning to make one that is 4'x 4'. Thank you!
Thank you! ☺️ Do you mean the hanging system used on the back? If so I used the same hanging system for the moss wall as well. Ook hangjng system is great for heavy pieces.
Simply stunning. Did you just 'paint' the glue on the frame and then put the blocks back in place on top of the frame? What glue did you end up using and has it held?
Wow! this is truly a master piece I have been searching for something similar and ended up here. Splendid work and outcome was so beautiful on the wall. Certainly lot of math did go into this, could you please mention the paint colors and brand used for this project ?
Thank you for reply on my previous comment. I wanted to ask have you experimented with ombré effects? Also I thought of a possible solution for painting next time you make a piece like this. You tried using the paint sprayer gun but the air flow was too heavy, I would use a something as a base and use double sided tape, stick your wood pieces to that and I’m pretty sure they won’t go anywhere :)
I’m making a piece for my bathroom wall. I’m painting the wood with a satin paint finish. Do you think I should also apply a clear coat of sealer on top to protect from moisture?
Hi there, I hard a hard time coming up with measurements for this project because I built a frame around it. But what I can tell you is that the piece over all is approximately 48.5” tall and 11 feet wide. Each block is 1.5”. So when making your piece, you want to multiply the amount of blocks you want going across x 1.5 to get the final measurement of the length in each direction . You want to add 1/8” to that final number for space to fit the blocks. Sometimes they are not perfectly 1.5” and you want to have wiggle room. I hope this helps.
It looks amazing and I’m trying to make it with my kids. Could you tell me what paint colors you used? Also, did you have to sand the blocks at all after cutting?
Thank you, I bought all of my paint from sherwin Williams. I took one of their pamphlets that had the complimentary color guides. I did have to sand about maybe 1/3 of the blocks. Most were clean cuts, but I only sanded if the cut was rough with splinters.

I am so glad that I found your channel!!! ❤ I love it!
Thank you! ❤️
Hey, amazing work. What kind of paint have you used? Did you use any pigment in dark blue?
Thank you! I used sherwin Williams interior water based paints in satin. I had them make the paint off of the paint chips offer by them.
I enjoyed your video very much 😂.

Thank you! I used gorilla wood glue, and I just squeezed it in a zigzag fashion onto the frame. It is still holding strong.
This looks soo good im going make a one but i was wondering what the paint that you use is it acrlyic?
Yes! Acrylic house paint.
Wow! this is truly a master piece

Thank you so much! Are used Sherwin Wiliams paint. I will try to look for the paint colors.
I love this and would like too try can you tell me about the hanging system? I don’t see the link anywhere.
Hi it’s called ook hanging system. You can choose various sizes and weights.
Just found your channel! You are absolutely amazing 🤩!!! Just subscribed!!

Thanks for the tips. If I do this project again I’ll try that. I wanted to do ombré but went with this instead.
I’m making a piece for my bathroom wall. I’m painting the wood with a satin paint finish. Do you think I should also apply a clear coat of sealer on top to protect from moisture?
You can use a satin polyurethane or colored paint with primer inside of it.
What type of paint did you use and did you sand the surfaces before painting?
I used interior house paint by sherwin Williams. I didn’t sand all pieces, only the ones that had splinters.
Hi What wood are you using
Pine wood
What material did you use for the back (that the blocks attached to) ? Also, what size wood did you use for the frame and blocks?
I used 1/4” plywood for the back. Frame is 1.5x.75 and blocks are 1.5x1.5”
Hi there i was just wondering if you could share the materials, dimensions etc?

Wow you have A LOOOT OF PATIENCE 😅 great job
Работа проделана грандиозная . Но результат не понравился. Может рамку надо в другой цвет слишком она отличается по свету от общей картины
BRUH!!! ALICIA KEYS DOING WOODWORK?? OMG! YOU NEED A SECOND HUSBAND?
