I just had my 81 Camaro painted. I was ripped off.
Do not get your car painted at "autoclub paint and collision" in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, if you care about your car.
His car you could almost leave it without cut n buff.
Mine will definitely need to be. So much trash in the paint. Even saw a hair. Was a cover of runs in the clear, right on the front bumper... Hope all this trash will buff out.
Then to top it off, he said that it'll take 1 to 1.5 months. It actually took 4.5 months. Fak me

Great choice. Love the color. Can't wait to see it all together and running. My dad had a 1972 split bumper that was silver with black stripes. It had a 454 in it. Wish I could find that car!! Enjoy the process

Outstanding color choice. Pontiac had a sharkskin grey in 2000ish on their supercharged grandprix GTP's. Looks very similar, but it really accentuates the amazing body lines on these cars.

My 71 camaro is about the same color. Just buttoned it up about a year ago. whats nice is the change in shades of grey that happen in light.

Orange like his new RC but my choice would be BLACK CHERRY with Met Flakes. It will be BAD ASS what ever color he has chosen. Epic build!
I bet that paint code correlates with WA139x GM AC Delco touch up paint. The paint codes vary car to car but I found PPG makes it and GM markets it as "son of a gun gray" for Cadillac, Watkins glen gray or shark grey metallic for corvettes, and nightfall gray metallic for Camaro.
Being a Camaro, I think you should call it nightfall gray. Assuming this is the paint code I think it is.
Same as my 17 ZL1 and the 50th color. If you want to test the match I'll give you my GM touch up, I have seen you out, I am in Murrieta.
Temecula Valley paint could tell you too.
P.s. they did good work, that color along with so many heavy metallics/pearls/mica can be difficult to lay down consistently.

All original, some patch and weld work, but nothing major. Can see the videos prior to see what we did
