should have just gotten s23u for more discount, barely any notable changes from s23u vs s24u.. telecam is now weaker too in clarity. but anti reflective screen is great.

I really can't overstate just how great Routines is for optimising everything about your phone
It can take the guess work out of it and just let you focus on what it is you want to focus on!
@@techwithbenefits Maybe an idea for a video.... a bunch of examples how Routines can be used? It seems like there are so many possibilities!
I feel like routines should work with battery if I set sleep then it should optimize battery automatically till I wake up
You can create a routine to do just that. I have it set so when I sleep it slow charges so the battery isn't being unnecessarily heated up fast.

I just got my new galaxy s24 ultra yesterday in titanium violet I absolutely love it I couldn't do apple anymore with all them updates they do back to back caused my phone so many issues SMH

I have a question. When I save videos or pictures to a folder. They should stay? But for some reason I go back to that folder and they're going this is the fold is empty I don't delete anything any ideas how you can help

Nice informations. Thanks. But please just one question. What did you use to record yourself? It's weird and very hard for eyes. It's hurting eyes. Really.
It's not the cloud, it's somebody's server. Upload anything to the cloud and you give control to someone else, and, NO, you cannot delete it. The server owner will have made a backup copy that you cannot access.
The Clous is a huge security risk. If you care about your security have nothing to do with the cloud.

Unfortunately not! You can smart switch from an icloud back up to your phone though
You need to explore the screen recording features on the s24ultra. I think they're underrated.
I use bixby vision a bumch, to translate many texts on products 😅
Just got an A55 after having a S20 for too long haha. Couldn't justify a new Galaxy S but glad to know the A line have all the same great features
I have a touch macro that draws my screen lock pattern after pressing a combo of buttons ......helps when my 5 year old wants to play with phone and accidently locks it :)
I have samsung A54 5g. I have tried several earbuds but I can't activate noise cancelling in the phone.
When I touch the option, it goes back to off option.

Knew most of these. But stayed because you're very handsome, and I love tech videos. But completely forgot where the ruler was! Was literally looking it earlier. Don't need it now, but I added it to my edge. I love it, i edge all the time, mainly for calculator and for gif / quick cropped screen shot. But i re added the tools to it. Thanks.

How do I add ruler and compass to the side panel? They are not "apps" on the list.
You need to edit the edge panels through the edit icon or type in edge panels in the settings menu

Even I am not able to find ruler, only i have compass. Ruler was there in my previous samsung phone, but not on my s24 ultra

Everything nice, but does anyone know a real method to clean the Other folder?? It seems to be a Samsung issue... The 32 GB storage on my A20e contains no less than 13 GB of data in that folder. Thank you for any idea that works...

I do want to say that I don't use Edge Panels because I use the app Panels. A much better and much more customizable app.

the background play is huge . we have spotify for music and podcasts but often enough I go for a walk or run and feel like watching( listening ) to a tech video without it getting accidental taps in my pocket

Good lock edge touch can help stop that dialing back sensitivity
One feature of the new Samsung Internet browser is the ability to go into UA-cam, start playing anything (I like listening to ambient sounds and music when I sleep or relax), and then turn off the phone screen and your content will still play, even with the screen off.
I find this feature incredibly useful and convenient, especially when sleeping or relaxing. **I think you have to enable this feature in the browser settings**
It was one of the very first function of Chrome and even UA-cam app. Sad they blocked it.

Hi, any idea on how to send a large video to another android phone?...i recorded a video from my s22 ultra and trying to send it to some ppl thru whatsapp and it won't let me, video is 5.4GB..any idea how can i send it?
If you're in proximity to them, use Quick Share!
The limit for link sharing is 5GB, so might have to lower the quality of the video file or trim it to under 5GB to send them a link share for them to be able to download it

Shared album is only limited to 5GB per album.

Sounds not new to me. Lol. Probably I've been to Samsung user long enough to know and use those. Except for shared album.I have no need for it. Edge panel and routines are the most useful to me.

Everything isn't so easy..I tried to follow what you did for the shared picture album..I can't even find wth you're when talking about. Probably a good reason people don't know about it.. I'm watching a you tube and can't get it to work. For future reference... Don't just say I clicked this and brought up a sub menu... Show us exactly what you did... Yes we are that dumb!!! 😃
Apologies! It's in the Gallery app for Samsung and the three lined menu in the bottom right corner, shared albums are in there

I stopped sinking my photos with the cloud because the cloud kept sinking them and deleting my photos off my phone and putting them in generic albums and it was a mess I had them all organized into albums and the stupid cloud messed them all up and deleted them off my phone. so don't do it!

Frankly, all these "must use" things are pretty useless and pointless for every day life. Most of us really don't need any of them. I love my S23 ultra, but I couldn't be arsed with all that extra crap that I don't need at all.
They may appear pointless to you, but they can help and become part of daily life for some people. Keep doing you though!
