Lily just nonchalantly coming in and hoovering up an entire chunk of Josh's culinary chimera like that is proof she has been fully assimilated into the Mythical Kitchen hivemind.
"Culinary chimera" is such a good phrase. Kudos.
The way she ninja'ed in there shows she has to have been indoctrinated into the Creed of Assassins as well. Just poof in, and out, target taken care of. In this case...it's the Cooking Creed.
@@paladonis i didn’t even see her. timestamp?
@@jilletdelphine 7:50
@@paladonis thank you!
I love when Nicole plays the "straight man" to the boys for most of the episode, then when it gets to her turn, pulls out something infinitely more unhinged than the boys could dream of.
Came here to say almost this exact same thing, it made me laugh so hard
Those nuggy are lovecraft horror food... something only a yugoloth could love
That Crunchwrap 4x4 is pretty wild though.
the whole interaction of Trevor mentioning the top crunchwrap suctioning to the top of his mouth, Josh saying that it acts as a buffer for the rest, and Nicole's "Mexican Shamwow" had me in tears
The Mexican Shamwow comment was fckn gold
The shoehorn 😂
Hope you're okay bro
Trevor is spot on; I actually did this yesterday at Popeye’s. But he’s even more right with his line that Josh and Nicole missed: “Not all hacks should be done.”
It's a lesser version of the KFC famous bowl though
it's sorta like the bowl deconstructed. but this way you get more chicken and it stays crunchier as it's not sitting in taters and gravy.
Trevor’s trick was the only thing which was at least neutral for everyone so I feel like his wins by default
Nicole seems very nice. I wonder what atrocious thing that she did in a past life that made her deserve what happened here.
She did this. She committed the thought crime of wet nuggies.
I absolutely loved this. Their breakdown toward the end was genuine and refreshing
My abs genuinely hurt after that.
Made the mistake of eating while watching that horror show, and just about choked when they mentioned combining the two
The “not in front of my salad” reference sent me!😂😂😂
Scrolled the comments to see if anyone else caught it.
SAMEEE!! I quote that all the time!
Oh God how does she know that 😂
I love how this video ended with them being like kids during a sleepover who can't stop laughing even though their parents just came in and told them to keep it down, and suddenly that just made everything funnier.
The way Lily scavenged her morsel and scurried away like a mouse 😂
Nicole did not lie. She clearly has two sons. I AM a mom, and from 8:41 on, I had like a visceral reaction where I wanted to swoop in and buy Nicole a bottle of wine and take her for a manicure because she deserves a break from working so hard as a single mom of two boys.
Very similar to how Stevie is basically the work mom to two overgrown teenagers with Rhett and Link and has to rein them in sometimes. 😄
OMG same! I wish I could shove a Xanax through the screen for her!😂
Nicole yelling at Trevor to use a napkin is the most Mom response.
@@kenlangston3451 Rhett/Link and Josh/Trevor are just the two ends of the Teenage Brothers Spectrum. On one end we have the pair that annoys each other all day because they are really different but know exactly how to push the other's buttons, on the other end we have two brothers sharing the same braincell and that cell's only function is to be as gross and loud as possible lol
@@mariaah3073 💀 this laugh-choked me.
Trevor's reaction to everything is everything.
This was more chaotic than normal. I like it.
I fully agree that the ghost pepper ranch is excellent. I cant get behind nicole's method here though.
Because Wendy's chicken nugs are far better than McDonald's.
3:57 that reaction genuinely came from the bottom of the heart.
Holy heck that protein stack is a thing of beauty! Might have to recreate that at home some time.
I don't have access to in N out, but I suspect you could do a similar thing with some whopper patties and their stacker sauce. And it'd probably be pretty good.
@@KhronicD same here, we don't have it in nz but I'm sure I can make an equivalent work
@@KhronicD I sadly don't have an In n Out or a Shake Shack anywhere remotely nearby, it's very sad.
He said a whopper. You know burger king
😂 I have no words...this was Wild. Even Nicole did the most absurd thing ever. I love this show lol 😆
I love this series! everyone being slightly nauseous at the end really validated their food hacks 😂
As a former horse trainer I absolutely respect Josh's in n out crunch wrap lasagna. I used to consume so much mangled together fast food when I was starting colts and running a full service board and train that it was not uncommon for me to need the excessive calories in fast food just to stay on my feet working 12-16 hour days for weeks on end. I was the queen of "Yes we can drive thru every single fast food establishment in this 2 horse town!" I needed me some JIB curly fries and mini tacos, the 2 for 5 OCS/Whopper deal from BK, and whatever bogo sandwich deal Subway or McDs was running.
So you got some fastfood hacks then? Any you care to share?
@@sachyriel not many, I was using chowing down mid work day lol. But one thing I learned was JIB ranch mixed w/ their bbq sauce is amazing and can be done with any ranch/bbq sauces
Trevor slowly becoming Tommy’s twin with the haircut and bandanna. I love it 🥰
Josh would fit in perfectly with my friends. We do this thing called a "Carpet Picnic" where we literally just go to every restaurant down a street and buy a bunch of food and eat for hours. PS - KFC gravy is good on almost everything
Thank you Josh for calling out stupid "hacks" videos that are just harassing employees to make your stupid thing you made up. We need more people to talk about how dumb those are.
This just descended into absolute madness and I love it
This episode with that advice segment was too good. Also, I feel like Lily just keeps better and better. Keep it up!
Additiontally, review some of the best food crimes from "opinions are like casseroles" on the next episode.
This video really just shows off how feral they really are, and it's sooooo funny to me that Trevor comes off as the most sane in this video, this video is pure chaos and I am here for it 😂
Nicole: you get to shake it like a maracas
Me: two easter eggs filled with mung beans
LIly's enthusiasm for eating a piece of that abomination cracks me up... 🤣
Complete and utter chaos! I love you all
Absolutely hilarious! Nicole was nearly crying from both ends, doesn't get better than that.
Trevor's was normal but Josh's and Nicole's felt like it should be categorised as food crime instead 😂😭
When I moved from the States to Australia in January, I took several of those packs of Ghost Pepper Ranch with me. It is the most superior sauce experience (and I eat ketchup by the bucketload). Nice to see someone else give it the recognition it rightly deserves.
I thought Trevor was going to dip the tender in the potatoes THEN dunk in the rice so it sticks to the potatoes.
I thought the same not gonna lie 😂
I thought he was gonna mix the two then dip the tendies in.
He did do it in between 😋
This is the kind of content I watch for. Thank you Mythical Kitchen!
10:34 if you got to lay a towel down before!! She is the right girl imo 😂 and she can hit me up 😂
I think this makes so much more sense for a Sunday video. Great as usual!
I like that it truly seems like they all enjoy hanging out with each other.
Josh trauma dumping his earlier sports day experience over a taco bell/in and out fusion meal is the most chaotic and also on brand thing for this channel
This should've by every measure been a pretty calm and normal episode... But damn, it got chaotic
At 4:00 josh explains a mcdouble that you can turn into a big mac, in montreal where I live, it's basically a secret menu item called a GMC. Literally you ask for a GMC and they make exactly that. It even shows up on the receipt as a GMC.
Montreal has a law all of its own. In French and English.
You 3 are just the best! Loved this episode!
This feels like an older sister interacting with her younger brother and his friend
I used to work at Long John SIlver's. As we cooked chicken, some chicken couldn't be used due to size. So we would keep all the defect chicken in the freezer and use it for lunches. So what I would do is grab a microwave safe dish and a lid. Id throw in a scoop of rice, couple portions of steamed broccoli, a couple of sweet and sour sauce packs, and I would fry up some chicken scraps, no batter. Toss the lid on it and shake. I was making DAMN GOOD Sweet and Sour chicken rice w/ broccoli. This was my go to meal there. So good. We also battered cold Litttle Ceasar's pepperoni pizza and deep fried it lol
10:38
It's okay Josh, you made the joke for us who got it just by saying you were gonna make the joke. We were already there anyway.
I think this is one of the most chaotic aprons off I’ve seen lol
This was so fun and chaotic- I LOVED IT. This was just mostly Trevor and Nicole having a conversation while Josh eats and provides SPARKLING commentary🤣✋🏼😭
This has genuinely become my new favorite series on youtube
I laughed too hard when josh dipped his burger monstrosity in the potatoes and almost woke up my sleeping child lol
I agree with Nicole, that ghost pepper ranch from Wendy's is THE BEST!! I'm not even a fan of ranch to begin with but when Wendy's does it with ghost pepper I'm down
As someone who suffers with morning nausea, this was not the episode to watch first thing in the morning.
The pure laughter of disgust at the end made my day
Nicole’s “in front of my salad” lmfaoo
I agree with Nicole that the ghost pepper ranch is the best sauce but I pair it with the wendys spicy chicken nuggets.
Josh and Trevor going goblin mode will always make my day
I'm so glad you guys covered this. For the longest time I wanted to call in on A Hotdog is a Sandwich and ask if you guys ever ordered a strange fastfood item or fashioned it in a way that was influenced by something you'd seen on TV as a kid. For example: when I was a kid, I used to open up my taco bell bean and cheese burrito and crush some nacho chips and pour in the cup of cheese into it to imitate the Naco(portmanteau of nachos and taco) from Kim Possible. Similarly, I also used to put grape jam on my mcgriddle because I was inspired by SpongeBob and his jellyfish jelly burgers. I don't really do either that much anymore except order the bean and cheese burrito with nacho sauce as an add on on occasion. But I wasn't sure if this counted as an opinion or if it was just me being a silly little kid. So I wasn't sure how to ask. These food hacks seem like the second best thing for me tbh.
Also one day, for whatever reason, my family ended up getting both taco bell and McDonald's at once and I tried McDonald's fries with the taco bell nacho cheese sauce and it was the most forbidden thing I ever felt. Not in a foodshame-y way but just in a way that it didn't feel natural within the realm of the corporate fast food universe. I don't think I've known peace since trying it and I wish to try it again. 😂 it was very good. 😂😂
as an ex canes employee. my go to lunch. get a clamshell (smallest container usually for side fries) place 2-3 tendies, ask for hot sauce and a lemon slice. squeeze lemoon and pour hot sauce, close and shake. personally i do this after ordering a sandwich on toast so i can have a spicy garlic bread sandwich. i also get a honey mustard on the side to pour in my sandwich. got tired of canes sauce after 6 months but mixed with honey mustard I love it with the chicken.
Why is Lily puking off camera at Josh's monstacity the funniest thing ever?
Nicole, thank you for reminding me about the genius that was the arbys chicken shakers, as well as informing me arbys has a good ghost ranch.
Get the double quarter pounder, say made like a Mac (they literally have a button in the system for it. It was even on the self checkouts for a while.) If you want it on a mac bun you can ask for it. I recommend extra sauce.
About once a week when I worked at hothead burritos (different version of chipotle) I would walk across the street and pick up a taco bell Mexican pizza then make a deluxe quesadilla and put the pizza inside of it with shredded pork and after toasting it cover it in queso
I never expected to hear "in front of my salad?" Meme at mythical.
this just devolved into chaos, it was great!
Nicole WRITHING in disgust while screen shakes XD ahahahha
the energy of this video is so chaotic, i feel like im back in high school trying to see which of my friends can make the grossest food combo and which one will win $5 for eating it
I cried watching this. Laughing tears. Sad tears. Tears of joy. Tears of existential emptiness. Four solid reasons why I continue to watch Mythical Kitchen.
Have you guys ever thought about having Martin Riese the Water Sommelier to the kitchen to try cooking/baking/drinking with the best types of water. Happy weekend!!
Holy cow, this is the best one of these yet
I love fast food hacks and snack hacks- they’re so fun to watch for some reason. But I don’t usually get to see creators I like doing them so this is so fun!
This might be the most unhinged episode yet. The Crunchwrap concoction is diabolical
Trevor's so much cooler than I feel could ever be.
When Nicole opened the box I busted out laugh and I can't. I needed this today really?😂😂😂😂
Double McChickburger Deluxe!
Back when the dollar menu at McD hadn’t been stricken by shrinkflation, the early 00s, two McDoubles two mcchickens and a value fry. $5 + tax. Ditch the mcchicken bun, chicken (with its mayo, shredduce optional) between the burger patties and throw some fries on it and bon appétit!
This has been my favorite episode of any mythical kitchen 💜💜
I do a similar thing with the mashed potatoes and rice and beans.
Put them both in a bowl, mix with 2 packs of their hot sauce, spread on the biscuits. Been doing that for a couple years now. So good.
I really loved the Michelin star chef coming in and hoovering Josh's Chaotic Wrap Supreme
There's a ton of truck stops with Chester's Chicken(Love's) or Popeyes(Travel Centers of America) and its always the tenders with taters. Best way to eat them
Oh my gosh! Why was this the best episode ever!?
Man that reference caught me off guard. "Really? In front of my salad?!"
I fckn love this. It has everything. Jokes, food, grossness, it's great
They are so sibling coded and I enjoy it immensely
My favorite meal at McDonalds will always be a tie,
1. 2 Mcdoubles add Mac Sauce (only like .50¢ extra here) if I'm feeling super sexy I'll add bacon
2. A single Quarter Pounder with cheese, substitute the fresh onions for dehydrated onions, and a McChicken add pickles.
(split a large fry with whoever I'm with)
But down here in Gawga, I'd take a Cookout tray or even Steak & Shake, crazy part is, both are cheaper.
Trevor talking about making delicious slop is all the evidence I need to confirm that he is officially Josh's son
This is absolutely unhinged and I love it so much 😂
For the person with a question about how to enjoy cooking more: make really easy dishes with most of the prep and clean-up eliminated. I hate prep and cleaning up, so I'll buy prechopped veggies and meat that's already trimmed, skinless, etc. Then try to use 1-pot recipes, so you don't have to deal with a lot of dish washing afterward. For me, no pot or pan enters my kitchen unless it's dishwasher safe. These two tips will reduce the time in the kitchen, which might make it more enjoyable. ALSO, if you're going to make something like a casserole, go ahead and make two while you're at it and throw the other one in the freezer. That way you'll have a "free" meal one day when you're too tired to cook. Good luck! :)
The level of chaos is amazing in this
Nicole and the Negative Pheromones would be a great band name!
Weird how they went from best to worst entirely on accident
The combination of these great hacks fly so close to sun that I'd rather not have any fast food for at least few months. Thank you for the unleashed chaos 😂 and I hope speedy recovery for thy stomachs
Bojangles 4 count supreme meal, ranch with a pimento biscuit on the side. Put 2 strips on biscuit 1 with ranch and 2 on the pimento biscuit.
Trevor is always lookin super stoned and I'm here for it
I haven't tried the Wendy's sauce that Nicole had. However I'm willing to bet blackened ranch from Popeyes is still the best dipping sauce out there
I'm with Trevor- I also dip my popeyes fries and biscuits in the RB&R
At 8:14 Josh and Trevor recreate the mouse transformation scene from the 1990 “The Witches” movie (look it up, but also: you can’t unsee it).
Ayyee shoutout Nicole w the Support Black Colleges Hoodie.. I appreciate everyone on this channel. Very distinct, odd personalities.. V fine as hell too
I loved this video!! Hilarious and so many awesome phrases! "A Mexican shamwow!" Hahahahah
The amount of unacknowledged innuendos in this video is wild
This episode was unhinged in the best way possible
What I do at Popeyes is get mac & cheese and a side of just the gravy to dip my tenders in.
I can't tell if it's the edible kicking in or what but the ending was so funny. From about 10min on I was just constantly cracking up and couldn't stop laughing.
You guys had me so stressed out that I didn’t go to work today cuz of this Sunday upload lmao I thought it was a week day
What you do is get a mcmuffin mcgriddle or mcbiscuit of your choice, a hashbrown and ask for a packet of strawberry jam. You place the hashbrown onto the sandwich and spread the jam onto it.
Thank me after you try it.
