That looks like an awesome place to explore. There’s some really cool underground cave systems in upper central NY state that I’ve been to when I was in my teens. Great fun if you’re not claustrophobic. Thanks Corporal.
Wow cpl, great video! The dedication to walk out of frame, that many times while in a cave is outstanding. I think my curiosity would overwhelm my fear of tight spaces. I was with you when you mentioned every horrible thing in movies, waiting for something to lurch out from the shadows. Always look forward to seeing your content bro!
My favorite part of going through the Ape Cave is the abundance of people with 30 year old Maglite flashlights and no extra batteries, no gloves, no boots, no water and a general state of perplexity as to how to navigate the cave. Happens EVERY time! I've probably traversed it more than a dozen times. It's great fun, but please people go PREPARED.
I don’t no if you do all your editing or not. You put a lot into these exploring films. Great filming. Iam a little late on seeing these you rank pretty high time congratulations job well done
I've been inside of a lava cave somewhere in Oregon when I was 12 or so, but it was some state or Fed. park, so it was a controlled environment. but still, the utter darkness takes away any sense of up or down, direction, etc. (is this how a blind person feels?) I was quite happy to reach the surface.
Corporal when looking up into the light of cave those times, were you thinking bout if had to climb would it be possible?? I was thinking just that, What if thats what I had to do to get out????
I've been in those caves twice, the first time in my buddy and I climbed out the hole you came down w/out the ladder. about 25 years ago. Eek, top ten scariest things I've done.
I like your presence projected while you film. No talking at every stop. Nice work. Great spots. Want your hiking rig setup. One complaint. WHY DID YOU STOP FILMING? I wanted to see you pop out the end. Same withthe Wellington Avalanche. You stopped filming when you were entering the tunnel. I need resolution. :P Keep up the good work. Subscribed!
+Wilted Brainz I stopped at the end there is a stairwell another 100 yards in the tunnel. I just took you on a 2.5 mile lava tube adventure. Thanks for watching and for the support
You should come to Idaho... At 9000 feet we have 250 lb Timberwolves... I'm 6-foot two I weigh 240 I have very big hands and the timber wolf track in the snow is as big as my hand and the toenail off their paw is probably half inch long... Experienced and seen the tracks myself so the walls are estimated at 250 lbs.... Went hunting last year and there are packs stalking us down 4000 feet of ridge
I was a little clostraphobic just watching. I hope you had a spare light with you just in case. In Fact you have always said you was going to share what you carry on your trips. You know what is in your bags and pockets. I love the hatchet and the way you have attached it. Looks conveniently placed. I would like to know some of the specs too. like the way you pack those bags, their weight and anything else you would share with us. I enjoyed another one. Thanks
you say in another comment there is a stairway 100 yds past where the video ends- this is a true tunnel with entrance at both ends ?? that was a very neat adventure, i dont think i would make it that far in. Also, the air is fine all the way through ?? wow./
Jaefar SABNW : What you mean spirits? There are spirits that roam those dark sketchy lava tubes? Looks like I'll be kicking back up top guarding the entrance?..
Nicely done my friend, you are getting the editing down my friend... And what a great place!!! We have a ton of lava tubes over here as well, thought about doing some video, but haven't got to it yet... Excellent... How did you feel in there? LOL Good stuff brother...
at 11:15 how many times did you crawl in and out of that whole to get that shot?lol bet ur legs just loved you for that but it was worth it it was a good shot
I heard a Story about a Guy that found a Gold Nugget the size of a Potato and then met a Hot sexy Fairy Chick in a Cave and they lived happily ever after....Not really, but that's how my mind wonders. JOHN 3: 16
YT bringing alot of older vids now! Outstanding!
Nice video CC, that cave looks scary and amazing at the same time.

Hey there nice video greethings from north germany
I guess that wasn't a snake at 2:59. Pretty interesting natural tunnel. Thank You!
David West No snakes brother, lol. Thanks for watching
I was in there the other day and had to run away from several Sleestax.
I did the 4 mile underground hike in Mammoth cave national park, touristy but fun ! Never a lava tube though...Nice...

I used to do some spelunking when I was younger. I'd never go into a cave with just one light. Always have an extra light and extra batteries.
I assume someone knew where you were going? That looked like a terrific place to snap an ankle or fall into a hole!
Philip Culbertson There is always a Solid game Plan left with someone I Trust. Thanks For watching
Triggers the fear of the unknown. Looks like there are vertical drops as well. Feels uncomfortable and pleasurable at the same time.
Lunch just isn't lunch without an MRE! Great video buddy!

Waldläufer Alex Thanks for stopping by my channel and thanks for watching
Wasn't there a Bigfoot "incident" at or near that cave in the early 1900's?
Very cool
The spirits can't be captured on video, but they are the really interesting thing there.
Jaefar SABNW : What you mean spirits? There are spirits that roam those dark sketchy lava tubes? Looks like I'll be kicking back up top guarding the entrance?..
