- An early summer weekend of bass and pickerel fishing in South New Jersey. The two bodies of water I fished in this video were Bargaintown Pond in Atlantic County near Northfield and Linwood and Stephen Lake on route 50 in Estell Manor. It was a nice surprise stumbling across your channel. Been fishing those same spots for 20+ years, most people don’t understand fresh water fishing in South Jersey can be brutal. Curious to see if you have tried the two lakes at Pravin State Park or any of the ponds out by Ancora off rt30? Wouldn’t surprise me if we have paddled past each other before, best of luck to you!
I've never been to the lakes off rt30, but I've fished Parvins my entire life. My fishing buddy and I hit Parvins last month and had an unbelievable day.....but I forgot my GoPro :(
Nice Video...i used to live in camden county, didnt know south jersey have good fishing spots there and i am getting into fishing, hoping we can meet up some day so i can get some lessons.

No not private. Not much area to fish from the bank though, it’s mostly houses on the water.
