Might do this with a water flosser I just bought. Apparently, it's pretty prone to leaking and damaging the components in it (at least the electrical ones).
I didn't realize that the liquid electric tape was a thing - I should pick some up this week. :D

Hello! Very nice video! Since we don't find easily liquid tape (neither plasti dip) here where I live, is it possible to use only Silicone gel for conformal coating? What do you think? Can you remove liquid tape if you want to?

negative u DO NOT want to use liquid tape. liquid tape sweats whenever it gets warm it will short out your electronics. urethane conformal coating is what u want to use its inexpensive and it's what the manufacturer uses when they waterproof there stuff

I used liquid tape on my servo since it’s not water proof anyways it ws only 50$ dollars for the servo worst come to worse it’s gonna damage it or protect it win lose situation for me

Hello! If I use a liquid tape to isolate some parts of my circuit board or my proto shield, is it going to damage the shield and its components or not? Thanks.

Islombek Karimov No, the liquid tape WILL NOT ruin parts. Ive used it on many many parts over the years and ive never had any problems.

can you use clear silicone instead of plasti dip or liquid tape?

I saw your question but I wasn't sure where else to put the response. Do a search for FangsCPO and DNC and you will find a few of the 5th Scale videos I was able to capture. Enjoy.

Why not just dip the entire servo in the liquid tape..or what you were using...

Great vid! Although I think you should note, Do Not Touch any of the elecronics, you build up static electricity, and if you touch them without discharging yourself you will fry out parts on the board.
