I still love my Megabass rods.I also have St Croix rods and a Curado swimbait rod that my favorite for Huddlestons. The more you expand your thinking the better angler you will become. I always will follow Oliver and Riley.

I’m a hardcore JDM guy and definitely miss the Megabass gear on this channel but I have owned about every Lews product (reels) they make at one time. There actually incredibly durable. Also Lews top tier gear is made by a Korean company called DoYo. There new Pro Ti and Team Lews reels are amazing!!
You can cast the BB1 Pro from Cali to Canada with the right amount of line :) Maybe next time.
That’s all I’ve used and combined is a Lew’s reel to a St Croix rod. From my pro-ti, super duties, and hypermag spinning reel, to the original workhorse of the XP combo. Check out the hyper mag spinning, they are great as well! Great video!

I've owned many Lews. And I can say they aren't as well built as Shimano or Daiwa
I hate to admit it because you have a ton of talent but as soon as you stopped reppin Megabass I stopped watching
Thats awful short sighted. No one brands product makes an angler any better than he is without it. At least a real angler. I've been catching more and bigger fish fishing whatever I want as a free agent.
