And Dio cut the head off of the first Jo star and put his head on his body, so that dude is very much dead. Remember when he said he shot lasers at him? Those lasers pierced his neck and he ended up bleeding to death, BUT, Erina was already pregnant by then.

The running gag behind the polneraff staircase is Dio’s only stand ability is to stop time. so every time Polneraff tried to take a step up Dio would stop time, tip toe down the stair like a Tom and Jerry skit, move him down a step, the go back to the top of the stairs to start it all over again
To explain how Jotaro stopped time to beat Dio, basically throughout the course of the anime, Jotaro hasn't actually used his true powers. They only started to awaken during the fight with Dio, and out of all the powers he could've possibly gotten, he got the same power as Dio to stop time.

33:10 I disagree with cliché as this series has a lot of moments that are taken out of context. There's a ton of Bizarre stuff hence the show's name, but it's artistically different and creatively different (especially with stands being its own sort of powerscaling) . Each part of the series follows a different JoJo in a different time period and even has its own genres with each one. We start with the more fantasy-like, goth Vampire story in part 1 with the vampire origins explained in part 2, then we have an Egyptian, Indiana Jones like story with Stands being the new thing in part 3 and the stands being the thing moving forward, a murder mystery in a small town in part 4, a mafia crime drama in part 5- this show constantly reinvents itself while keeping portions of its identity the same. I highly encourage you guys to give this show a chance. I thought the same way until I watched with Full context( some of which is still slightly confusing, but you get used to the weirder moments of the show and think "It's Jojo's, why wouldn't this happen?")
Bro deadass he woulda been fucked. Kars Wammu and Essidissi (forgot how to spell his name) would fucking wreck his shit especially Kars and Johnathan would just BS his way to a win and Caesar would have a good chance too, but he's a zeppeli so he's cursed to die so yeah lol
To answer your question the first part of the video is the first part (season 1) and the second part of it is the third season, also to defend Jojo, DIO’s original motivation was based around how he grew up (being poor, having a shit dad, only person he loved was his mother who died) so he wanted to take the jostar fortune and move up in the world, when he became a vampire he just went insane with his hunger for power, the way the powers work (later on because I’m not explaining the earlier ones) is based on your fighting spirit and will power
Nah, man, From JoJo part 1 to 6, destiny is a real force, DIO always had the destiny of being a piece of sh.t. Even Speedwagon said that he never witnessed someone worst in his entire life (Speedwagon lived between people that had a rougher life than DIO).

Honestly, there's so much to explain and so much crazy shit that happens that you can't really explain it. You just have to take the name "bizarre adventures" literally. Thanks for the reaction, really fun.
“This is the most ridiculous setup.” The entire series is like that. It’s glorious. No, you are right. I think it hits every trope. It’s a horror series and it’s the most anime show you will ever see. The funny part is watching it out of context give the same feeling in context. Lol
It makes more sense when you watch it all the way through but basically. The part where he is tormenting Jonathan (the guy who's body he stole) is one season. The other half of the video is a different season so this isn't all in one sitting
To answer some questions/possible misconceptions: 1 - This covered season 1 & 3. 2 - DIO, Jotaro, and Jotaro's "Stardust Crusaders" have psychic powers called "Stands". 3 - DIO's Stand is called "The World", as in the Tarot Card by the same name ("Za Warudo" in jpn.)
If I remember correctly, with the mom and her baby. With context it was worse. Dio “promised” that he would spare the baby if the mom joined him. By “sparing” he meant he wouldn’t hurt the baby but he wouldn’t stop the mom
All the parts in Exhibit A do indeed take part in one season, the parts in Exhibit B take place in the 3rd season. Despite what you were saying, I would still very highly recommend watching the series, it's crazy in just about every regard there is, and the references are just so damn good.
"I couldn't watch this because they killed a dog" Meanwhile, her freaking shirt... People have weird sensibilities sometimes. And also, I agree. JoJo's is great.
Dio was the best antagonist out of them all. He is my favorite Jojo character. Except the one part with the dog and the furnace. But we look past that. Edit: death battle dio vs alucard, might wanna check it out
Each "season" covers one member of the Joestar bloodline, some distant. Part 1 covers Jonathan. Part 3 covers his great great grandson, Jotaro. The show's violent -- no worse than Akame ga kill and you watched that -- but the show's comedy and story are both top-notch. Be forewarned, Jonathan's dog is not the last animal to die gruesomely in the series. Araki (the creator) uses things like killing animals or hurting children to _reeeally_ make you hate certain villains. Plus, I bet you you've seen _at least_ twenty memes that referenced this series without you realizing.
It's always amusing watching people get exposed to JoJo's for the first time. Dio specifically, and then being surprised that the evil guy is evil. "Oh no, how could he kill the dog?!" What part of "evil" or "villain" was unclear, exactly?
@@GamePlayuh9510Crazy part is that DIO isn’t even the evilest villain. Kars wants to genocide humanity and Kira kills in part for the satisfaction of his hand fetish.
Okay stay with me, Dio is using Jonathan’s body, so The World is the same as Star Platinum both are speed types, so Jotaro can stop time using his Stand because he is a descendant of Jonathan. Skitten might like Golden Wind, or Stone Ocean of JoJo’s it’s not as crazy crazy

This is very very late but about the dog in the furnace scene. The anime does not show it but in the manga they open the door and the dog goes out running on fire and dies. Outside of the gore this is my favorite story of all time. The part at the when you said that this show is like taking hunterxhunter and taking all the fun shit away..... is exactly what this video did, he skiped over 3 seasons out of 8 and only showed the DIo stuff, but only the outlandish parts. I would really recommend you guys give it another try, cause Dio might be the most famous villain but there are many many great ones too.
Exhibit A was Season 1 and Exhibit B was Season 3. The old man, Joseph, is the protagonist of Season 2. Yes, it gets more convoluted and I am a big fan of this show. There is also 3 more seasons, and after that, the universe resets and there are more seasons.
26:17 for the knives part Dio crashed into a knife shop while for Jotaro the reason why it took him some time to reach dio was becuz he was stuffing his clothes with Books as a precaution
Skitten's shirt was embarrassingly distracting, but hearing how people did not know skitten and chavezz were married was adorable. To clarify stuff, what CJ showed was from Seasons 1 - 3 of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure's and it is crazy even with context. TLDR- Dio exists to be a petty bastard, and unfortunately the Joestar's are his favorite family to bully. Each season follows a new member of the Joestar bloodline. (SPOILERS BELOW) I will try and breakdown the backstory of Phantom Blood- S1, Battle Tendency- S2 (Battle Tendency) and Stardust Crusaders- S3 Pt. 1 and 2: Phantom blood- Dio becomes Jonathan's adopted brother due to his father owing Dio's fs for saving his life from th carriage accident that killed his wife Mary (Jonathan's mother). The accident happened on their way back from the dig site where they had discovered the stone mask, but no one knew about its secret power until Dio brando found it. Dio originally wanted to rob the Joestar's fortune, but gets exposed, accidentally discovering the mask's power is activated by blood, so he returns to kill Jonathan's father and becomes a vampire. Jonathan vows to avenge his father and ends up training as a vampire hunter to kill Dio, learning "Hamon" (Sun breathing) which allows him to harness sunlight and channel it into special abilities specifically meant to kill undead. As CJ mentions, Season 1 ends with Dio taking over Jonathan's body. However before his wounds killed him, Jonathan got Erina (his pregnant wife) on an escape boat and trapped himself and Dio in the burning ship. Dio cuts off his head and takes over his body, but is forced to take shelter in the coffin that he used to sneak into the ship, lying at the bottom of the ocean for nearly 100 years. Battle Tendency- During that time, Season 2 takes place with the main protagonist being Jonathan's grandson, Joseph Joestar, who ends up having to take a crash course in Hamon training in order to stop the resurrected creators of the Stone mask (The Pillar Men) from enslaving humanity. The old "Indiana Jones" looking guy that was running from Dio was an elderly Joseph Joestar. Phantom Crusaders- Dio returns in Season 3 after the coffin gets discovered by an unfortunate group of treasure hunters after a near 100 year long time-skip. His takeover of Jonathan's body and re-awakening causes him to have a sort of psychic link with the current descendants of the Joestar family. The good news is that over the years, the Hamon powers of the Joestars has evolved into an inherent power known as a "Stand" which is the manifestation of the user's soul. Unfortunately, Dio's awakening activates their powers and ironically curses Joseph Joestar's daughter, Holly because her "Stand" is slowly killing her. Holly joestar is the mother of Jotaro Joestar (Buff guy with the jacket under the steamroller), and both him and Joseph find out that they need to find and kill Dio within 50 days to stop the curse from killing her. Sorry for the essay
To add on to this a bit, each Part of Jojo changes genre a bit with each new Jojo protagonist. Part 1 was classic European horror similar to Dracula (Man versus monster type of thing), Part 2 was unearthing ancient evils and having to fight them, Part 3 was an episodic adventure type of journey with a bad guy of the week feel, Part 4 was a 90’s sort of slice of life adventure that takes place within one location, Part 5 was gangsters and mobsters, and Part 6 starts with prison and ends with multiverse theory. You can skip parts technically, but it does get confusing when Joestars appear from previous parts and you’re missing information. For instance, Joseph Joestar is introduced in Part 2, but appears in Part 3 and Part 4 (and I think is still alive by part 6?) and Jotaro Kujo is introduced in Part 3, but appears in Parts 4-6 and uses abilities initially introduced in Part 3.
The reason why Jotaro can also stop time is because DIO's stand IS Jotaro's stand. The first and most obvious clue to this is that DIO has Joseph's stand, which allowed DIO to spy on the Jo-Stars and screw with Joseph's stand. Jotaro's stand always could stop time, but Jotaro didn't know that. He and DIO picked up quick on how DIO and his stand are so much alike, but when he was trapped in the stopped time, Jotaro learned little by little that he too could do it. It meant Jotaro can move for a short time in stopped time, allowing him to defend himself and bypass DIO's stopped time. It wasn't until the Road Roller part when Jotaro himself stopped time. And then Jotaro broke DIO's stand like a vase, which killed DIO. So why did DIO, Joseph and Jotaro have the same stands? The answer to that has everything to do with DIO stealing Jonathan's body. Let's just say this is what happens when you steal your enemy's power.
So the reason it's called "the world" is because they wanted to go with tarot cards and not deadly sins? Because going by this, the guy embodies envy so hard the anime keeps turning him green.
It is really chlicé because it came out way back in 1987. But JoJo is what inspired most of the anime we watch today. It was one of the first, if not the first manga that really started power systems. Bleach, Naruto, One Piece, Hunter X Hunter etc. The list goes on.
To make a long story short as to why Jotaro's stand could stop time like Dio's at the end. It's implied that Jotaro's stand, Star Platinum, is the same kind of Stand as Dio's, THE WORLD. Meaning that given enough time, Jotaro would eventually adapt and learn how to stop time too. During their fight, Dio was stopping time multiple times, essentially speeding up the process to force Star Platinum to evolve/ learn to stop time in order to protect Jotaro. Another way you could see this is karmic justice, Dio throughout his life stole, and did the most heinous shit in order to reach what he believes is a state of Heaven and World Domination, he stole Johnathan's body, the guy who should've actually had been the one to use THE WORLD to ensure his fate was tied to that with the Joestars for all eternity to do so and broke the natural order of things as a result. Fitting that his death would be killed by the great grandson of the dude who even after was treated so poorly by this man, never had any true hatred for Dio. Unlike Jotaro, who did held contempt over this freak and wanted to avenge his family and put an end to Dio.
You shouldn't take CJ narrative as the correct one , jojo is a really good anime in term of story in so much of its events Part 4 Part 7 And part 8 are the best in my opinion I am almost certain that you will love part 2 and part 4
I wanna mention that first half of the video when Dio was a vampire? Yeah not only was that whole part(what we call seasons in JoJo) from Dio showing up and kicking dogs to him sinking a honeymoon ship was 8 episodes long so all that diabolical crap Dio did happened in 5-6 episodes, mans had no patience for his carnage; that was part 1, they you have part 2 about Joseph whom is Johnathan’s grandson and he has his own arc with Hamon(a type of power that’s only used in 2 of the 8 parts) and Joseph becomes the old man in part 3, which is about Jotaro whom is Joseph’s grandson Every part of JoJo is about different generations of the family whose names all begins with JO(Except Giorno but he gets a pass, his part, part 5 was among the best in general opinion) Y’all got questions that can mainly be answered by watching the show, Johnathan was the only person Dio respected as an adversary… so to show him “honor” he stole his body and violated it in any and every way he saw fit. JoJo’s is just Baki but with oversouls instead of fighting styles
i mean if you were to spell giorno giovanna as japanese people pronounce it it would be joruno jovanna (but also because gio just sound a lot like jo) and josuke's name when spelt with kanji, The kanji for suke can also be read as jo too so josuke would literally be jojo higashikata lmao

All of exhibit A was just PART ONE, DAWG! Part Two he ain't in, but its a great part to watch and my personal favorite. He appears again in later parts.
Ok so exhibit A was technically the summary of the 1st season then CJ skipped the 2nd season that didn’t really have dio in it but was connected to dio and went to the 3rd season and summarized it but after that there’s like 2 or 3 more seasons after that. All you mainly need to know that every mc is a jojo, the show goes through many generation of jojos, the main villain is dio, and technically every bad thing is connected to dio in some way.
Hay people, don't explain nothing to them. It's like someone never tasted a pear, and complains about people eating them, and bitching about pears are shit but they never had one, yet still questions about how pear grows in the shape as it is. There's good reason why almost everyone falls in love with JoJo when they're through 2 parts. It's an unique legendary work of animation. If you can't even get through 2 episodes then stop judging the whole show which you haven't seen.. Because you don't even know what it is. let alone you still ask questions about it on top of that, that makes it even more no sense. Go on watch it yourself, quit asking questions while still trashing it. The more you hate Dio, the more successful of this villain created
CJ didn't even mention how Dio gouged Jojo's eye in that boxing match. Dio really was out to break Jojo in every way: physically, mentally, and spirituality.
There are 9 seasons. Dio only appears in 2 seasons (1 and 3) and had kids and associates (and 3 of an ancient race that owned the mask originally) be the bad guys for most of them (while one illegitimate son, Giorno Giovanni, became a hero, a real one and a true Jojo). The villain of the 9th season, JOJOlands, has yet to be determined.

That whole first part, WAS 9 EPISODES! Man was barely at halftime and already committed enough atrocities to full a playbook. The second part was 2 seasons later. A whole lot happens between exhibit A and Exhibit B.
All of Exhibit A is the first 9 episodes of season 1 A.K.A. Part 1: Phantom Blood. Each part of JoJo follows a different member of the Joestar family, whose first and last name both have the "Jo" sound, thus the nickname JoJo. The old man in Exhibit B (which follows Part 3: Stardust Crusaders) is Joseph Joestar, the JoJo of Part 2: Battle Tendency (the second half of season 1), Jonathan's grandson and the grandfather of Jotaro Kujo.
Phantom Blood is nine episodes Battle Tendency is seventeen episodes Stardust Crusaders is forty eight episodes Diamond is Unbreakable is thirty nine episodes Golden Wind is thirty nine episodes And Stone Ocean is the current part, with twenty four episodes as of September 1st, 2022 (it will most likely end with thirty six episodes next year.)
“You’re not gonna surprise me with the ending of this” my guy this ain’t nothin yet. This is like the third time I’ve said this but BAKI MAKES REALISTIC SENSE COMPARED TO JOJO! All the anime only aren’t ready for the wild bs that comes later on in the rest of part 6, especially the ending, which will be the ending of what you’re use to from this show After part 6 you got Stand deserts(the whole desert is like a stand), horse races, balls of steel that warp physics, dinosaurs, alternate universes, Jesus, a gas compressed canister that shoots out human flesh, Dio comes back but it’s not Dio but it is Dio, a guy with 4 balls, rock people, etc. I wish I was joking but all of that is accurate. JoJo is the wildest show/manga ever made, it’s not for the faint of mind
It spanded over the course of 3 parts, he was the antagonist in the first one, was asleep at the bottom of the ocean for the second and the third he came back again for another hit of the joestar pack
13:40 what's worse is she agreed to become a vampire if he spares her baby than he feeds the baby to her and the crazy part about the scene where he tried to crush him with the road roller there was a calculation done to see the pressure jotaro had to deal with Dios vampire strength, stands punching power, and the weight of the road roller and it was over 10,000 pounds or some shit
17:00 One season!? That was 9 episodes!!! That was half a season!!! JoJo’s still an S-Tier show if you give it a chance but I’d recommend Attack on Titan for you guys first if you’re not good with gore. Also this was no where near all of JoJo, Exhibit A was part 1 (9 episodes) and exhibit B was Part 3 (mainly only the last 4 episodes). There are 6 animated parts and 9 parts in the manga which is still ongoing. I don’t think anyone told you this cause they didn’t expect you to drop the show so fast lol.
(Around 13:01) I mean it's called "JoJo's *BIZARRE* Adventure" for a reason... Also for context on the "Stair Lag" bit in Exhibit B DIO was stopping time, walking down the stairs, picked up Polnareff and moving him down two steps, then walking back up the stairs, returning to the exact position he was in before, and lastly resuming the flow of time... And he did this like 12 times just to f**k with him, the effort it took for that much pettiness... Edit: 23:52 ha you got it
Also, the thing with the stairs situation. Dio's stand has the ability to stop time, so he was stopping time then running down stairs to grab the guy and put him back at the bottom of the stairs then he goes back up stairs and restarts time
The entirety of jojo is literally just "I am doing this! I can do this to counter what you are about to do! Ha, you fool I have a counter for your counter!" etc.
All the things from exhibit A are from part 1 of Jojo. Exhibit B is part 3. Basically parts are seasons you could say. There's 8 parts so far, 9 is being worked on I'm pretty sure. Part 7 is being animated and probably won't be complete for a while, but the manga and stuff has been out for years.
Here's how each part goes: Part I: Basically Exhibit A Part II: Joseph Joestar's adventures. It's the old man in his younger days. Part III: Jotaro Kujo's part. It's the part where Stands are introduced. Part IV: Josuke's part. This one is set 10 years after Part III and it dives even deeper into how Stands came to be. Part V: Giorno's part. This is about the guy that CJ mentioned where he beat cheeks and made him 😅 The Stand abilities here are even more insane than anything in Part III or IV. It also takes place in Italy. Part VI: Joylene's part. I think you guys have seen CJ's video on this part so you knpw Joylene is Jotaro's daughter. That's just half of that full story. New season comes out this week where we'll probably see the second half or the middle part of it. However, the Stands are crazier than Part V. It's some warped stuff in the series, but I expect nothing less when vampires and other various creatures and people are involved.
With Exhibit A, the first season has a total of 26 episodes. However, it has both Part 1 and Part 2; Phantom Blood and Battle Tendency. So, if we remove the episodes for Battle Tendency, all of Exhibit A consists of, at most, *NINE EPISODES*
JoJo's doesn't have seasons. Its basically split into these things called Parts which are like separate series. Each Part has a new cast of characters with a new descendent of Jonathan and a completely different story. Some Parts even have different power systems or even different universes but the one thing they always have in common is sheer bizarreness. This vid contained stuff from Part 1 and 3
To explain jotaro stopping time, buckle in. The world and star platinum are the same type of stands, have the same ability, stats, and technically belong to a joestar(Johnathan's body counts). Throught part 3, you never see jotaro's stand use any type of ability, everyone assumed it was very fast, precise, and extremely strong. So when he fought dio, he mention that the world is the same type of stand as star platinum (close ranged humanoid stands). So he went on a whim and tried to stop time, which worked. Many people believe the real reason why he can do it too is because dio awakened the world with an arrow to JOHNATHAN's body, technically make stopping time a joestar and dio stand ability and awakening stands in the joestar bloodline in the process. Hope this explains some confusion, but its Jojo. Everything's fuuking weird and confusing
I love how they say they have seen all the anime but haven't see Jojo or like half of the most popular anime of all time no disrespect, but I just find it funny😅
Exhibit A was from Season 1, then the rest of season one focused on his grandson, Joseph(the old guy who got the knife in his throat from Dio), then 50 years later is where Exhibit B starts when Dio finally reawakens after jacking Jonathan's body, and Joseph recruits Jotaro and the others to go after him.
The half where he's called DIO instead of Dio Brando is part 3 of the series. Stands- both as a concept and like DIO's that could stop time was introduced in this part as well as the hint that Jotaro and DIO's stands were the same type so they could both stop time
The whole thing going from when Dio goes to live with the Joestars, up until the wedding and the ship, the entire first part. First season, basically. The old man lookin like Indiana Jones? He's the hero of part 2. The stuff with Dio fighting Jotaro is part 3. There are 3 parts after that.
If you guys are looking for more jojo things to react to or interact with because you have no context for the show, a great idea was done by Hydra Studios 16. They had a guy who knew nothing about Jojo guess the different stands’ names and powers. I think it would be great context to react/play along with the game from an outside perspective of knowing nothing. I do agree that is the best way to react to stuff like CJ’s black Air Force series. Love watching your vids as usual, keep up the good content.
There actually was a reason why they didn’t take the dog out, in the manga they did do that, however it was followed by a….”beautiful?” imagery of the dog on fire dying
Exhibit a was part one was called Phantom blood. Which is the first nine episodes of season 1. Part 2 which is called Battle Tendency is the rest of season 1 with Jonathan's grandson Joseph. DIO Exhibit B is part 3 which is season 2 Stardust Crusaders with Joseph grandson Jotaro.
Technically all of "Exhibit A" is half a season, as officially Part 1 and Part 2 are considered a single season due to being relatively short compared to the other parts.

@@ShikaTheGod yeah? That sounds super petty
@@radioraheem9820 Yea. Dio was the ultimate Petty opp.
You took that from Beyond Scared Straight Jojo Edition video right?
Dio is god of petty rivalry. It literally passed to generations🤣🤣🤣
Funniest thing about Dio is that if he'd shown up again in part 2 instead of 3, he wouldn't have lasted three minutes with either side of the conflict
@@zeothesnowwolf2937 Don't the Pillar Men eat regular vampires or something?
@@0816M3RC I'm not sure all I know was Kars became invincible after using a stone mask
@@zeothesnowwolf2937 Straits and Santana would've taken him too
@@0816M3RC yes they feed on regular vampires
8:37 So, uh, in the original manga, it actually shows the dog jumping out of the furnace… fully on fire. So… glad they didn’t show that.
The manga says that Dio had no real motive, he was just born as pure evil
@@Shadybat that statement is highly debatable at best because we see why he’s evil in the first place
Nah, man, From JoJo part 1 to 6, destiny is a real force, DIO always had the destiny of being a piece of sh.t. Even Speedwagon said that he never witnessed someone worst in his entire life (Speedwagon lived between people that had a rougher life than DIO).
Part one is only half of the first season
@@Shadybat Wasn't it less him being born pure evil, but eventually becoming pure evil? Hitler didn't come out the womb shouting for the jews to be gassed.
Wait till Chavez realize “to be continued” is a Jojo reference 💀
Honestly, there's so much to explain and so much crazy shit that happens that you can't really explain it. You just have to take the name "bizarre adventures" literally. Thanks for the reaction, really fun.
Actually Jotaro's ability was foreshadowed through our the show and tons of scenes make much more sense when it's revealed.
Exhibit A was basically the entire first season. Things start getting REALLY good with Stardust Crusaders.
All the parts in Exhibit A do indeed take part in one season, the parts in Exhibit B take place in the 3rd season. Despite what you were saying, I would still very highly recommend watching the series, it's crazy in just about every regard there is, and the references are just so damn good.
"I couldn't watch this because they killed a dog"
Meanwhile, her freaking shirt... People have weird sensibilities sometimes.
And also, I agree. JoJo's is great.
@@GamePlayuh9510 i mean it tends to be the opposite. Can see fatalities in Mortal Kombat, but women being curvy in skimpy clothes? TOO MUCH
Dio was the best antagonist out of them all.
You would think he's an Italian director from the 80s
It's always amusing watching people get exposed to JoJo's for the first time. Dio specifically, and then being surprised that the evil guy is evil.
"Oh no, how could he kill the dog?!"
What part of "evil" or "villain" was unclear, exactly?
@@GamePlayuh9510Crazy part is that DIO isn’t even the evilest villain. Kars wants to genocide humanity and Kira kills in part for the satisfaction of his hand fetish.
ah yes, DIO. The king of flamboyant war crimes
Nah, it's more crazy
Not as crazy, cue king crimson confusing a majority of the fandom
More like Johnathan's stand was like Joseph's, and Dio's stand is The World. Just look at the vines.
@@yuriofblades4981 actually is not that complicated if you think about the story like this "Everyone has their fate written, and King Crimson can phase out from existance from 10 seconds to evade fate"
@@ero-senninsama1734 Then Fate got tired of his shit and made Gold Experience Requiem to show him he couldn't run from fate even with a stand ability.
☠️
(SPOILERS BELOW)
I will try and breakdown the backstory of Phantom Blood- S1, Battle Tendency- S2 (Battle Tendency) and Stardust Crusaders- S3 Pt. 1 and 2:
Phantom blood-
Dio becomes Jonathan's adopted brother due to his father owing Dio's fs for saving his life from th carriage accident that killed his wife Mary (Jonathan's mother).
Battle Tendency-
During that time, Season 2 takes place with the main protagonist being Jonathan's grandson, Joseph Joestar, who ends up having to take a crash course in Hamon training in order to stop the resurrected creators of the Stone mask (The Pillar Men) from enslaving humanity. The old "Indiana Jones" looking guy that was running from Dio was an elderly Joseph Joestar.
Phantom Crusaders-
Dio returns in Season 3 after the coffin gets discovered by an unfortunate group of treasure hunters after a near 100 year long time-skip.
Also his body is Jonathon's body. He still has the star birthmark and everything. They just all have similar builds at this point in Jojo lol
You shouldn't take CJ narrative as the correct one , jojo is a really good anime in term of story in so much of its events
Part 4
Part 7
And part 8 are the best in my opinion
I am almost certain that you will love part 2 and part 4
Yeah but sadly these people wre like other if they did not get exciting first episode they stop tho honestly part 1 is Interesting
@@Meme_Slayer9000 Bruh I love jojo but it definitely isn't for everyone
I wanna mention that first half of the video when Dio was a vampire? Yeah not only was that whole part(what we call seasons in JoJo) from Dio showing up and kicking dogs to him sinking a honeymoon ship was 8 episodes long so all that diabolical crap Dio did happened in 5-6 episodes, mans had no patience for his carnage; that was part 1, they you have part 2 about Joseph whom is Johnathan’s grandson and he has his own arc with Hamon(a type of power that’s only used in 2 of the 8 parts) and Joseph becomes the old man in part 3, which is about Jotaro whom is Joseph’s grandson
Every part of JoJo is about different generations of the family whose names all begins with JO(Except Giorno but he gets a pass, his part, part 5 was among the best in general opinion)
Y’all got questions that can mainly be answered by watching the show, Johnathan was the only person Dio respected as an adversary… so to show him “honor” he stole his body and violated it in any and every way he saw fit. JoJo’s is just Baki but with oversouls instead of fighting styles
i mean if you were to spell giorno giovanna as japanese people pronounce it it would be joruno jovanna (but also because gio just sound a lot like jo)
and josuke's name when spelt with kanji, The kanji for suke can also be read as jo too so josuke would literally be jojo higashikata lmao
@@jojoman6971 I'm late, but, also
GioGio is like JoJo and DIO fused. J and D can make the same sound, and typically, the D does this through a G (like with Judge).
In the manga it showed that the servant opened the furnace and the dog came out bursting with flames. But the dog couldn't make any noice bcs his mouth was wrapped up
All of exhibit A was just PART ONE, DAWG!
"Its morbid time!"
That joke shouldn't have made me laugh during the original video. and it shouldn't have made me laugh now
Hay people, don't explain nothing to them.
To late 😂
16:56 yes it is one season, actually not even one season. Its like 1/4 of season 1(9 episodes), only exhibit one tho
17:00 bro all that happens in 9 episodes
CJ didn't even mention how Dio gouged Jojo's eye in that boxing match. Dio really was out to break Jojo in every way: physically, mentally, and spirituality.
There are 9 seasons. Dio only appears in 2 seasons (1 and 3) and had kids and associates (and 3 of an ancient race that owned the mask originally) be the bad guys for most of them (while one illegitimate son, Giorno Giovanni, became a hero, a real one and a true Jojo). The villain of the 9th season, JOJOlands, has yet to be determined.
"Im confused"
Oh trust me we are to
"This is mad popular, y'all watch this shit,"
we love it
I mean, tbf, I think we all forget that it’s called JoJo BIZARRE Adventure.
Ain’t nothing normal about this series at ALL! 😅

You have to remember in the 1880s they were crazy superstitious, so he probably thought it was a ghost or demon or something
Little do they know, the steam roller WAS the pinnacle of anime greatness
And yes, exhibit a is the FIRST season of Jojo 😂
1800s was one season . Season 2 was while Dio was underwater . Season 3 was stands.
The way trekking101 explains dio is funny af. Hom exaimg the stairs scene is funny
Phantom Blood is nine episodes
Battle Tendency is seventeen episodes
Stardust Crusaders is forty eight episodes
Diamond is Unbreakable is thirty nine episodes
Golden Wind is thirty nine episodes
And Stone Ocean is the current part, with twenty four episodes as of September 1st, 2022 (it will most likely end with thirty six episodes next year.)
12:55 Chavezz: I have no words!
Me: I don't know man, the word BIZARRE comes to mind.
Chavezz: "Is that the whole...show?"
Me explaining how all of Dio's reign of terror is technically just 1/3 of the series.
they gonna miss the part where DIO turns into a dino cowboy man
The first half with Jonathan Joestar was like a Shakespeare play. You and skitten have to give it the 3-4 episode chance.
In the manga the dog Burst out of furnace in flames and dies but it got censored in the anime
DIO is so petty he really could have killed him but instead paused time and kept placing him at the bottom of the stairs😂
exhibit B is actually from season 3, they' re 6 parts in the anime right now but they are 8 or 9 parts overall
“You’re not gonna surprise me with the ending of this” my guy this ain’t nothin yet. This is like the third time I’ve said this but BAKI MAKES REALISTIC SENSE COMPARED TO JOJO!
All the anime only aren’t ready for the wild bs that comes later on in the rest of part 6, especially the ending, which will be the ending of what you’re use to from this show
After part 6 you got Stand deserts(the whole desert is like a stand), horse races, balls of steel that warp physics, dinosaurs, alternate universes, Jesus, a gas compressed canister that shoots out human flesh, Dio comes back but it’s not Dio but it is Dio, a guy with 4 balls, rock people, etc. I wish I was joking but all of that is accurate. JoJo is the wildest show/manga ever made, it’s not for the faint of mind
DIO's hatred is so strong, it took part in every single jojo part in a way
It gets even better in the dub he said i am going to roll all over you when he drops the steamroller he gets even prettier
It spanded over the course of 3 parts, he was the antagonist in the first one, was asleep at the bottom of the ocean for the second and the third he came back again for another hit of the joestar pack
You cannot judge a series if you never give it a chance.
People's initial reaction to RODA ROLLA DA! is always priceless.
Y’all think Dio is bad.. wait til you get a load of Griffith
The scene in part 4 when that guy bit the dogs face also made me take a couple steps back
I don't think you can open those old furnaces once they're lit. Some kind of mechanism that prevents it.
You thought it was just your average lightning esper. But was me Adremmelech!
Here's how each part goes:
Part I: Basically Exhibit A
Part II: Joseph Joestar's adventures.
32:20 Hahahaha no problem! Your reactions to just THIS was good nuff! 😄
8:16 In the manga they do open the furnace and the dog comes running out on fire and still dies
Important to mention. It is Dio's head. He took off Jonathan's with the laser eyes and fused his head on top of Jonothan's body.
I love how they say they have seen all the anime but haven't see Jojo or like half of the most popular anime of all time no disrespect, but I just find it funny😅
Just so you know, everything that happened in exhibit A happened in the span of only 9 episodes
I just know that if Johnathans mom was still there, Dio would do the most diablolical deed in anime history.
Dio didn't make him do the splits, and even though he was shattered, he managed to get one last lick in at Dio as a severed head.
What you were asking about was literally just part/season 1. Dio took Jonathan's body because he respects him.
Everything up to the casket at the bottom of the ocean is 1 season definitely should watch
