हम हफ्ते मे 6 दिन ये सब करते हैं,
(1) warmup
(2) 200 दंड (100 का दो सेट)
(3) 100 बैठक (50 का दो सेट)
(4) 12 सूर्य नमस्कार
(5) 4-5 minute skipping
and in the evening
30-40 min boxing practice,
Some exercises of biceps, triceps, shoulder and legs
I am short heited(158 cm) and with weight 65 kg (my BMI exceeds 25,which means overweight)
