Thanks Andrea for great tips. I just did my first interview for our channel and realized that I did not turn of the microphone and it results in many Hm and mmm sounds. And I also realized I wanted to interrupt with my stories, my thoughts. You learn a lot from experience. Thanks.
Wow! All mentioned here seems critical!! Funny as you mentioned on lighting and all and that you have used the MacBook cam for a while As until now I’m using my Iphone6S but learned as u mentioned on lighting so now I got an extra lamp stand/arm for around 14 dollars and it does help a ton My next plan is a mic and as you said and I keep hearing it from ALOT of other’s people are more forgiving on visual but not audio so if they can hear you well and cleanly that’s a big plus And love the “before n after” parts when u showed lighting and camera such small details we oftentimes miss out on
Good I'm glad to help! I agree, while it is great to have a nice camera, they are so expensive and you can have a successful channel using just your phone for sure! I hope you are doing well! Have a great weekend!
Hi thanks for watching! I hope this helps you get started with a UA-cam channel for your business! Let me know below if you have a question I didn't cover. Have a great weekend!
Thanks for sharing! I found this video by chance! I've been intrested in starting a interview podcast for awhile. I was researching about HVAC unrelated to this and I found you through The Air Of Authority channel. Very helpful tips.

Hey, do you have the interviewees sign any kind of release or what not since you're "making money" off of the interview through your channel? Thanks!

Thank you!
I can’t find the microphone link..
Thanks for this channel. Is zoom recordings good enough for interviews for a UA-cam channel ? Just wondering since it was presented as an option. Joss
So how do I edit the interview video? If I use zoom will it record it and then I can edit it in IMovie?
These are all good questions! @workmomvlog are you able to give answers to the questions? I am interested! Thank you for this video! It’s great!
