  • The Grey Ghost Gear Griff Pack is a great backpack. Using the Grey Ghost Gear Griff Pack the last two years, I have found the Grey Ghost Gear Griff Pack to be durable, roomy and comfortable. With over 1,800 cubic inches of space and lots of organization, the Grey Ghost Gear Griff Pack is one of the best all around packs on the market. I use mine as a range pack or bag, but you could use it in any tactical situation, bug out bag, etc.

I remember when these first came out, I bought one as soon as they released. And have been using it heavily ever since. It's an absolutely great pack for school. Never needed anything else. Travel is awesome with this as well. All I can say is that it's worth it and you'll get your money's worth from just all the use you'll get out it.

I'm looking for a pack when I'm riding my bike but being winter I can shop around. Actually I need 2 packs, one for a bug out bag.

That's a nice back pack, but I have a hard time shelling out 100+ dollars for something made in a 3rd world country.

I totally agree. I think if GGG made it apparent, front and center on their website “OUR NYLON PRODUCTS ARE MADE IN ASIA”, that it would make it easier. They don’t hide it if you email them, but they don’t have it written for full transparency on their site either. In my opinion, if they just put it out there for everyone to see the country of origin, it would be more respectable. Not trying to hide anything. I mean look at what TRex Arms just did with their AC-1s or, AC-Unos I should say. Total power move and simultaneously set the industry standard. Companies like GGG should look at TRex and take some hints if they want to start experiencing sales like that. I bought a griff, I like it, and I own 2 other GGG packs, but I most likely won’t buy anything else from them until they put the Countries Of Origin front and center on their product pages in an act of complete transparency or move their production to the US. Stuff like that has always mattered, but now more than ever it matters. I want to keep my dollars on US soil, and so does a shitload of other people who make up these companies’ customer bases.
