Canon EOS 7D In 2024 | The Original APS-C Canon Powerhouse

I recently bought a used "Like New" Canon EOS 7D on Ebay for £150, this is the first time I used it. I shot all the photos in this video at ISO 800 with a vintage M42 mount Carl Zeiss Jena DDR 135mm F3.5 manual lens & K & F Concept M42 to EOS lens adapter.

I love my 7D1. When paired with a fast lens with F1.2 it takes unbelievable pics. I did notice its best paired with a lens with image stabilization.

Just bought a 7D with less than 500 shots. My old 5D2 is ready for retirement. Looking forward to getting out with it. Cheers.

5DII ready for retirement? What's the shutter count? Don't you ever think about it if the count is less than 500k. 7D will also last that long even more. I own both and continue shooting with them all the time.
