Truly an amazing piece. My favorite still resides with triangle dance because I like pieces in 3/4 and 6/8. They have a bit of a bounce to them but I also love the fact that us cellos begin the piece with pizzicato
@@Blooper17 lol we have this one piece we’re playing, and they have the SIMPLEST solo. Five notes, a measure with a fermata while every other instrument tremelos, and we’ve been practicing the piece for MONTHS. They still sound scratchy, out of tune, and overall just awful

Fun fact: I’m pretty sure they call it “Triangle Dance” because you need a triangle and a tambourine in order to play it really smoothly.

My orchestra and I are playing this piece on November 2nd for our Fall Concert.

The juniors-seniors played this at our concert. Our freshman orchestra is just to unskilled to play this. Especially some of us. Hem hem violas/basses
