When three suburban moms get tired of trying to make ends meet, they decide it's time to stick up for themselves by robbing the local supermarket at (toy) gunpoint. But when the manager catches a glimpse of one of them and the loot is far more than they expected, it doesn't take long for the three best friends to realize the perfect getaway will be harder than they think. From Executive Producer Jenna Bans ("Scandal") comes this comedy-infused drama that mixes a little "Thelma and Louise" with a bit of "Breaking Bad."

Annie is my favourite. I love her. I love how she loves others. And most of all. I love how shes with sadie. It looks real and emotional and i think i just made myself cry.
Annie is the great balance of being selfless but not naive or gullible because she has lived through it.
Me too she’s got a big heart I always thought Annie was the heart and Beth was the mean hypocritical girl
I cried too!
This scene is beyond powerful. These two women don’t like each other at all but Annie decided to put that behind her and continued to try and help Nancy and even jumped in to hold her. It’s just so beautiful to me.

oh my, God, I’m so sorry, hun! super late reply but I want to say that he was out of town for a business meeting but I’m not 100% sure😅 I remember during the episode it was real vague where he was because Annie asked Ben (Sadie at the time) where Gregg was but Ben said that Nancy didn’t want him to call Gregg and as far as I know, that’s all the context we got during the episode of her giving birth.

I teared up so badly in the 3 minutes. Honestly Good Girls just keeps getting better and better every week. The type of emotions they evoke from you every episode is so diverse and wide. You’ll laugh, cry, get angry and etc. I just love it! 😭💜

I loved this moment, in Nancy's stew.
It made me love BOTH characters more: Annie AND Nancy. I am, sincerely, unhappy with the finality of this brilliantly-written show.

I feel like Annie didn't have anyone else besides her sister when she was pregnant with Sadie. So when Nancy said that she was alone it kind of hit a nerve with Annie, that she really had to raise her kid on her own because there is really only so much Her sister or Greg could do.
Yeah, but why do people feel for others only when they are going through the same thing, or if someone strikes a chord with another. Why not understand by just listening and talking?

@2:00 Shows how awesome Annie is! She heard Nancy say "I can't do it alone" and hopped in that pool stew. Annie went through having Ben alone, and she was damned if she was going to let another woman, let alone a woman who loves Ben as if she was his mother, go through that!
Ugh the compassion that encompasses Annie...it's beautiful and makes me cry...her tears over Leslie's nana's voice mails had me crying. Love this character, flaws and all.

It would really help if no one disturbed the woman in labour. 8 is not a time to push.😱 Talking doesn't help.
It's annoying for me to watch labour scenes in cinematography. Usually it's presented as a terrifying, terrible, messy, watching-your-favourite-pub-burn kind of experience. And all this shouting, screaming and conversing! No wonder the ratio of cc grows exponentially.... (and it shouldn't). The cinema (and TV) has a big influence on people, and their imagination: it would be good to see it use for good, and to promote women's health and empowerment.
Did they mention where the hell Gregg is during all this ?? Because he just appears in the next episode like nothing 😒

What is that thing she's giving birth in? It looks sort of like a kid's wading pool that you would use in the back yard in the summer. Why isn't she in a BATHTUB instead of a plastic pool in the middle of her living room. And why does Annie get in there fully dressed?
That’s a normal birthing pool. She’s doing water birth which is a very common thing.
