What's really disgusting about this scene is that Ruby's manager didn't defend her for what really happened. I would've put my employees first before any crazy, ignorant customer starts a commotion about something that they don't have further proof of.
when you are serving them hot plates, they are supposed to have a cover in the handle and the waitress responsible to warm the costumer before placing it in table. That boy and his mother would’ve won the lawsuit. So you mean to tell me you gonna risk your income and about 10 others employees income over an adult that didn’t know how to handle a little boy.
@@isharalo8930that’s the one of the reasons why i dont like about this society even though everything is great here. I just saw clips of this but the first thing that came to my mind is what kind of moron harasses the person handling their food. I mean making fun or bullying someone is bad but doing it to a server is stupidity at its finest. I'd apologize, keep my job, & make sure everytime he came in after that he'd get lousy service & a little something extra in his milkshake.
I also got really upset over the fact that his friends were just as awful as he was. I had a soccer teammate that was very rude towards some soccer girls that we shared a hotel with in a tournament when we were teenagers. As soon as he left I stayed behind to apologize to them for his behavior. I knew no one else would do it so I did.

I know for a fact that none of my siblings or I would ever behave like this towards a server at a restaurant and get away with it. I have yet to meet a mother that thinks their child can do no wrong, however.
@@kgunitkeese17 I have. The sad part is that in this case the parents never really took into accountability over their son's behavior of harassing other kids and students. They even tried to sue the parents of bullied students for defamation. That all changed when one of those bullied students shot a few rounds into the son's home when he was in the living room. He lived; his younger sister didn't since she sadly took the bullet and died in her way to the hospital. The shooter was sent to juvenile court and charged for 2nd degree manslaughter and attempted murder. His fate is up to the courts but counseling will be a big part of the final decision. As for the parents, their excessive drinking doesn't help them much after being the town's pariahs. Their son actually was so shaken up by this that he quit almost everything on school, sports and extracurricular activities, but school and is working to be emancipated from his parents although he may not need to since he will be 18 in about a year.
