4-5 years is good imo. I wear the KORE x5 and its been around 3 years and still strong. If it fails in the next year, I wouldn't hesitate to reorder. Besides, my edc for the past 3-4 years is aiwb, Canik Tp9sfx with a Holosun 407c x2. So I love a rigid KORE belt. The elastic could be an issue for my setup
I had the same breakage issue with my Nexbelt. It still worked, was usable and I did wear it but was disappointed in the breakage after a year and a half. But I figured every day usage for a good 10 hours a day average for a year and a half and 60 to 65 dollars, I wasn’t too mad. Plus it’s still usable. Let me just say that I have the same model belt. That is their Titan belt. When I replaced it, I got their Appendix Supreme belt and for some reason, seems better and more durable. I think it’s fabric material makes it more durable. Plus the buckle mechanism is a smaller footprint. So far, (a little over a year) so good. I love the on the fly adjustability of the Nexbelt.
@@GunsForEveryoneIsaac Yeah, check it out. It’s been working great for me so far. The best I can figure with the Titan belt is the way it’s stitched vertically. It allows it to over bend and crack the polymer underneath somehow. The appendix specific belt they make doesn’t seem to do that. So far anyway. I had considered the Hunter Constantine belt. But I just can’t justify the price.
I very much appreciate the video! I agree the belt is overpriced But as someone who doesn't wear belt loops that much there are very few good options- enigma and hc belt. Anyway gave me a point to think about Thank you!
My Nexbelt failed in a matter of few months so I can not endorse those and do not care for Hunter belts either Tried them and they are only useful for appendix carry. They are terrible for owb carry, overly tac looking and expensive so no thanks.

Yeah, I think as a daily use tool., 4-5 years is outstanding. How has the holosun held up as a daily use tool?

Great to know. I haven't bought a new one yet, so I'll look at that appendix supreme.

Best solution is the Kore Essential 2 belt bundle, 1 nylon web belt and 1 leather gun belt $120.
Great value.
yeah, that does sound like a good deal. I wasn't aware of that. Is that always going on is that just a sale/promotion?

I found that I can wear the nexbelt with no belt loops too. I haven't tried the HC belt with no loops yet. I know it'll work though.
I can wear my Kore essentials with no loops.
