Just want to add an additional piece of advice for you all here. When clipping your belt over your waistband, how secure it is can depend on the material of your pants and the clips on your holster. I recommend something like Discreet Carry Concept Clips or an Ulti-clip to ensure everything stays in place 👍
I didn't realize that so many people didn't wear the clips over their waistband. To me that seems necessary, but that just goes to show that you cover all the bases with your explanations. Appreciate you bud!
This is absolutely the belt system I was looking for. People love to praise the Phlster Enigma for non-belt loop carrying, but if I'm gonna bother strapping and clipping that thing to my waist I'm probably gonna prefer to just wear jeans and a belt. I want something I can strap on under my sweats when I'm going to pick up food, or walking the dog, and this seems quick and simple enough
The Phlster Enigma is what I used before this. It’s just… a lot. It takes a committed person to bolt that on and be trapped in it all day 😂 If I had to quickly toss my gun on to run out the door I would toss my jeans on vs. the Enigma because I had to remove my shorts/sweats anyway. This is a great and simple option that keeps everything consistent 👍

@@donhangani It must be the Discreet Carry Concept clips that are working well for me. I highly recommend the Universal Mod 4 DCC clips, your gun won’t go anywhere 👍
I’ll be turning 21 in a few months and have started personal training so I went from being just blue collar country guy wearing jeans and boots all the time to wearing athletic clothes way more and this was a concern of mine so I really appreciate this vid !
Thank you so much for bringing this product up for review. It has helped solve some of my carry issues. I’m a nurse and love wearing comfortable clothes ie… scrubs, sweats and gym shorts.
For me, carrying in gym shorts or sweatpants usually meant sizing down from my P365 Xmacro with a 407K and TLR-7A to my plain P365X. It’s small and light enough to not drag my pants way down. The key for me has really just been to buy pants with strong waistbands and/or strong drawstrings. This usually lets me carry smaller handguns perfectly fine with no belt. I like all my holsters to have the DCC monoblock metal clips, those hold onto belts or plain fabric perfectly. Never had one slip off during a draw when belt-less. If I ever want to carry my xmacro (or even even a full sized shadow 2 if I hate myself enough that day!) I’ll throw my Nexbelt EDC belt underneath my pants and use it much like you did the belt in this video. It usually makes my waistline a little bulky so I may still give this belt a try and see how it helps with concealment. For $40 you really can’t go wrong! Thanks for the video, always look forward to an upload from ya!
Right on, thanks for sharing your experience 👍 Like you said, the main draw of this is that it’s affordable compared to other belts. I just love how stupid simple it is and I don’t have to make sacrifices with what I can carry. For 40 bucks I’m very pleased 😎
Have often wondered what to do if I was awoken by a disturbance outside. Doing a patrol around the yard with weapon drawn is not always practical and can be a bit controversial, changing out of my sleepwear takes too much time. This seems a perfect answer.
If you wore the HC1 belt the same way, How would you compare 1 and the other? It seems like there are 4 main choices with price ranges that are massive quite spread. Some people use the HC1 as a under pants belts without beltloops just like the comfort concealment. It seems like the only belt you have not done a review on is the mastermind tactics covert belt. Since you have 3 of the 4 choices already with video reviews, might I suggest that you do a comparison review between the 4 choices for beltless carry? That would be $200+ enigma, $100+ HC1 belt, $40 comfort concealment belt, $25 mastermind tactics covert belt. I have tried all 3 except the comfort concealment belt, and my choice currently would be the enigma, and the super secret option... a smart carry with a kydex holster attached to it with DCC clips ;p Will give the comfort concealment belt a shot, and return for 5 dollar shipping if it doesn't work out for me. I found the HC1 belt too stiff at the front enough to dig into the front of my hip bones, not to mention it also required clips to show on the outside to have any form of retention. Though it would be the most versitile as it also works well as a regular belt. The enigma is the most comfortable, stable, and "serious" option. However its a not very adaptable, universal, versitile option, and is impractical to to don/off. The mastermind found dug into my hips from the side, tho many people love that belt and at such a cheap option. I found it wasn't well cushioned enough for the weight bearing load as compared to say a enigma with a sport belt. People also need to test these options while running and it may or may not work out for them. I see you did do some running in place though, that same feeling may be different for say a 5 mile run. Thanks for the reviews!
@@readlesspraymore4686 Didn't like the comfort concealment. I didn't feel like there was enough difference of justify how it was designed. It also wasn't steady though and had to be sync down harder as a result. IMO there is no comparison between them all compared to a philster enigma with a sport belt. It allows great stability without having to crank down on your belt. That includes the HC1, I didn't like the metal rigidity in the front of the HC1 it gave me the hulahoop effect despite being elastic in the back. Also the enigla allows you to carry deeper and its curved to create a V shape in front of the hips, where as a belt is perfectly horizontal.
@@readlesspraymore4686 Not even in the same ballpark. Now only is the smart carry lower profile, but the whole point is that it could be modified to put a kydex holster with it making it a lower profile philster enigma. Though the enigma is still more stable and versatile despite costing 2-3x as much.
I've been using my Tenicor Zero Belt underneath my gym shorts. On the belt is my XMacro w TLR 7 Sub and EPS Carry, along with 1 spare magazine. Holster and mag pouch by 4Brothers. This system works well for me. The gun and holster is very secure underneath my shorts. It's also easy to remove and put back on after my workout.
yep I do the same. often with a optic cut czp01 or g43x in a tenicor holster with abdo spare mag. I'll carry my keys and fixed blade all on my waist, just as I normally would with jeans. I do wonder if this would actually be more comfortable for physical activities though? The zero is incredibly rigid
I use my same holster and my same Kore Essentials belt when when I wear bottoms without loops. The inside of the belt is comfortable enough on the skin and I wear my underwear up high anyhow so my belt is over that just like it is when I wear regular pants or shorts. No need for any specific belt for this. Use what already works with your pants. It's good that you mentioned putting the clips over the garment. Not onlu does it keep the waistband from riding up over the grip but it also keeps the whole belt and holster from riding up during the draw. This is why the enigma holster system from phlster needs a crotch strap.
I know I'll get some hate for this but I carry with my holster clipped to my waistband, which is exactly why I watched this video. Almost definitely buying one now.
I was just going to toss a regular 'good video, thanks' comment. Then I saw (at the 2:45 point) that this doubles as an exercise video. That should really help with the youtube algorithm.
Interesting concept for those who need it. All my shorts have belt loops. I only wear athletic shorts working out and I do that at home. Great video, as always!
I "conceal" carry with an EDC low-profile fanny pack from Ex Umbris. Under most winter clothes (sweatshirt, jacket, flannel) it's undetectable. In the summer I like to sling it around my shoulder and nobody gives me any looks because slung shoulder pouches seem to be what a lot of people are doing nowadays to carry their wallet and keys and such.
@@NightwoodGuns They have a lot of great stuff... carry pouches, medic packs, chest rigs, belts, etc. and they are Veteran owned and operate right here in the USA. Really cool, down to earth people as well. 👍
I have this one and love it. I found that the ones with the clips that bite into your pants, will eventually chew holes in them. This is my go to for cycling shorts that are typically a bit more thin than other shorts.
Snap! I didn't realize it was supposed to go under my pants. That seems obvious but makes all the difference! My wife bought this for me and had me wearing it under my chest or above my waistline. They should include a card with pictures of the different carry positions. Thanks for the vid!
When you mentioned "Harness", I immediately thought of my Enigma + floodlight2 setup. I personally like this because there's a "leash" which keeps the holster from riding higher, and there's no requirement of any clips. Also, Phlster has been so great in terms of providing support to their customer, and they have a wealth of knowledge around concealment. However, I do see the benefit of just having a separate belt system and then using your favorite holster...I've been seeing these concealment belts recently including the T1 HC belt, and am now curious to pick one up.
@@NightwoodGuns Durability wise, you mentioned you've been wearing it for a couple a months. Are you wearing the belt with your Bul Armory SAS or do you have another pistol you've been testing the belt with?
@@Jason1087870 If I’m doing anything particularly athletic I carry a standard P365 in a T1C Axis Elite w/ DCC clips 👍 I’ve also carried my Glock 19 with this setup.
Totally agree! I run my Enigma w/DCC mono clips (hated the leash) when in athletic mode and its hands down the best. I rollerblade with it on and it never prints, moves, or causes me discomfort. And not a lap around the block rollerblading. 10 - 15 miles of blading through an urban jungle. All other times; T1C Axis Elite paired with their EDC S Belt.

I have a belly band holster that I bought to carry my Shield Plus, but it wasn’t great for my body type. My J-frame revolver works much better in the holster. I like this belt option, but my one concern is the logistics of using the restroom.
I definitely tested this in the restroom 👀 When it’s time to clown with brown, I pull down my pants, lift the whole belt/holster up my torso (like I demonstrated for ladies in the video) pull down my underpants, carpet bomb the bowl, (wipe) and then put everything back in place. It’s not too bad, at all. 👍
So this is right up my alley as most of the time when I'm carrying I'm usually wearing basketball shorts, or something similar without belt loops. The way I been carrying since day 1 is with a standard Grip6 Belt. I love the Grip6 Belt because it's durable and low profile. There is no velcro, ratchets, or clips where potential failure points can arise. It's simply just a nylon belt with a small metal buckle that uses friction to hold itself in place and you can make it as tight as you need. I wear this under my shorts just like you would with the Comfort Concealment Belt, but you can also wear it as a normal belt within your belt loops of your pants. I also have a Kore belt, and I honestly never wear it because the Grip6 belt hold my pants and gun just fine and is much more comfortable. It's also about just as much as the Comfort Concealment Belt. The only thing I would say is it would be nice to have some of the same gel like comfort in the inner part of the belt like the Comfort Concealment Belt, but I've been wearing the Grip6 for going on 5-6 years with no complaints (the same one every day). Also there are tons of different color buckles and belts so you can mix and match to your hearts content.
@@NightwoodGuns it’s just what I’m in the most, and I’m all about carrying no matter what. So anything I can try out that facilitates that the better. I always find myself going back to the Grip6 but I haven’t tried the Comfort Concealment yet.

Have you checked out the Leisure Carry? Might be able to clip it in a sweet spot on your shorts/sweats to help with carry. Probably behind the hip. If not, there’s always off-body like 945 Industries or pocket carry a micro in a pocket holster. Wish I could be of more help, but I’ve always been a twink.
I tried the leisure carry and it’s fine. The beltless Alias is close enough to be comparable. It just wasn’t as stable and required a very tight waistband. Maybe I just have high standards for stability 🤷♂️ While they all work, this is my personal favorite. I’ll probably do a more in depth comparison in the future if this video does well. 👍
@@jonathanwilliams7161 One of my favorite things about this belt is that it works well for many different body types. Since it’s a belt, you can carry at any position as long as you have a holster you already like 👍 It also helps that it is very comfortable so if you have “curves” it won’t dig into you.
Good review. Quick question on ports & comps for EDC. I understand everyone says ports and comps are louder. Is it enough to affect shooting performance or handicap the shooter in any way? Since you still get hearing damage from shooting a non comped or ported gun without hearing protection, do you think it really matters? Always been a concern of mine for an EDC gun and I don't think I've ever found any hard data on this where someone ran actual tests with a decibel meter or anything.
@@saintmichael753 I guess it depends on whether or not you’re a sissy 😉🤣 Nah, I have buddies who cleared buildings with M249s. Auditory exclusion is real. But, if you just happen to have sensitive anatomy and you shoot in an enclosed vehicle I suppose it’s possible to rupture an eardrum. But I don’t think ports or comps would be the deciding factor in that. People don’t hesitate to run rifles, shotguns, 10mm, or magnum revolvers for defense… but the second you mention porting or comping a 9mm they panic. Permanent hearing loss will occur, but as long as you don’t get into gunfights regularly it is unlikely to alter your life. 👍
This is an interesting product to me because I much prefer wearing sweat pants or track pants for their comfort over jeans or slacks. I'm really considering buying this product in the future, thanks for the review.
HC Belt works GREAT in belt loops and still works pretty good without. The Comfort Concealment does really good without belt loops, but is crappy in belt loops. HC is also built better and will likely last longer.
I have been wondering why more brands haven’t done that little bit of elastic. When I saw the tier 1 belt I was really interested until I saw the price. Like why can’t kore add a bit of elastic to help out with comfort
I've traditionally used the discreet carry concept clips. I swap them out on all of my holsters. It works Bentleys but I have to tighten some Nike shorts uncomfortably tight for it to work. Is this going to hurt the hips after a few hours of something like hiking?
Yeah, DCC clips are my favorite and they work great combined with this belt 👍 And no, this belt has never hurt my hips on hikes. It’s very comfortable, in my opinion.
@@coolguy90210 Yep! It also works. I think the Comfort Concealment works a little better for loopless carry, but the HC belt gets the job done AND it’s much better for belt loop carry.
Honestly this is cool, but you can do the same with the HC Belt. I have one and have been doing this since I got it. Super comfortable and it doesn’t move. I even put my arrowhead tactical sweats away because this just works better IMO. To each his own!
I love the HC belt, but when it’s not in belt loops it bounces with my 2011 w/WML and spare mag during movement. It also occasionally slips in the front on the draw since it isn’t as “sticky” as this one. I prefer this for no belts loops, but the HC is still legendary and can definitely do both 👍
@@NightwoodGuns okay another dumb question on the way 😭 does the CC belt when in belt loops stretch like the HC belt ? Allowing for comfortable sitting and bending ? That’s the last one I promise lol
YO I JUST NOTICED THE COME AND TAKE IT HAT! Let's goooo! I have a few shorts I uploaded recently of firing my printed UBAR (AR-15) and MacDaddy (Mac-11).
Maybe, but I’m not a fan of it on paper. Most competition gas pedals are further back on the frame and that’s what makes them effective. You really have to crank your wrist forward to reach that X300 wing. I don’t see it offering much of an advantage on target or timer. I might give it a chance, though. I’m always open to being proven wrong 👍
Do you prefer this to the Tier 1 EDC-S for this purpose? Which would be better for carrying with a tucked in shirt? I’d like to avoid the holster clips showing on my belt with a tucked in shirt. Thanks!
I also did an older video on carry with a tucked in shirt, but I might redo it with this belt. That being said, both belts would work just fine. I prefer the comfort concealment one for special use like this since it is purpose-built to be thinner/more comfortable. But the EDC-S/Hunter Constantine Belt can be used decently enough for this purpose and also excels as a normal EDC belt. Here’s how I would personally carry tucked in: comfort concealment belt under your pants, a holster with Discreet Carry Concepts “Gear” clips (whatever height your holster needs) and clip the clips over your pant line (over this belt) and hide the gear clips behind your dress belt, then tuck your shirt in over the gun/holster. That would give you a very secure setup while tucked in. Another option is the Phlster Enigma if you don’t mind being locked into a contraption.
@@NightwoodGuns I was leaning towards the T1C EDC-S because of the attachment features. Do you trust the Velcro of the CC versus the G-hook and loops of the Hunter/T1C belt?
@@SMH365 The Velcro will eventually fail after a long time. But you’ll easily get your 40 bucks out of the belt way before that ever happens. That being said, the EDC-S is extremely overbuilt. Depends on how often it will be on/off and how hard you are on your gear. The EDC-S excels with belt loops but can be used without. The Comfort Concealment excels without belt loops, but can be used with.
This is exactly what i was looking for. I would kind of do this same thing with a tight pair of underwear, but it still wasnt as rigid as i would like it to be. Definitely will be getting this
It’s not bad if you wear joggers/shorts that you can pull the waistband *very* tight. 👍 Otherwise it sags in the front and bounces with movement. It needs additional support.
@@NightwoodGuns I have three pair of arrowhead tactical training shorts, but to have something else as an option like this belt would be great. Thanks for the response. If you haven’t tried the arrowhead tactical shorts or joggers you should give them a try. I’m sure many people would find merit in your review.
I’m thinking of buying this exact carry setup with the bul edc 4.25, just unsure how concealable this gun will be for my size. What’s your height and weight if you don’t mind me asking 😂
@@ohmanbeautiful I’m only 5’8” and 140 🤣 But the Bul does have a long grip. If you aren’t used to concealing something that size, then it is definitely a risk.
Yep! It gets the job done. It bounces a bit when running without belt loops to keep the stretchy part in place. The front can also slip up a bit on the draw since it isn’t as “sticky” on the skin. But it still works okay.
Hi. I am newer subscriber. I was wondering if you could share the difference in comfort, etc between the comfort concealment belt and the hunter constantine belt?
The Comfort Concealment is easier on/off, lighter weight and more comfortable. But it isn’t as sturdy and doesn’t do well in belt loops. It is purpose built to be worn how I demonstrated. The Hunter Constantine belt is more durable, sturdier, and works great with or without belt loops. It can pull double duty even if it doesn’t excel as much as the Comfort Concealment belt does at carrying without belt loops.
Both work in this role. This one is a little more comfortable (and affordable) for dedicated “no belt loop” carry. The HC Belt is a jack of all trades that works with and without belt loops.
Do you absolutely have to put the holster clips over the belt and waist of pants/shorts? I was thinking of putting the holster clips only over the belt itself to be 100% concealed.
Nope, you don’t have to do that. Just be aware that if you don’t, your pants can ride up and cover the grip throughout the day. Also, if you don’t have the belt tight it can cause the belt to ride up your torso on the draw. But you can make do without 👍
@nightwoodguns hows this compare to the hunter constantine? i wear kore with pants but HC right now with shorts. i know HC costs more but is this actually as good or even better?
Stupid question but for whatever reason, when I draw my gun from the holster, the holster along with the gun come off the belt. Am I doing something wrong? Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thank you.
HC belt is great for both belt loop and non-belt loop carry. It’s is higher quality and sturdier. The comfort concealment is lighter weight and more comfortable, but only excels at non-belt loop carry. I have both and use both, but whenever I go without loops I opt for the comfort concealment.
I feel like the issue "is likely to be solved" if "they" as in the clothing manufacturers design sweat pants, joggers, pajamas or whatever that comes with "belt loops" so you can still CCW using your gun belt.
@@donkeydefense Lately as in for the past 3 months I been looking at "golf pants". Yep. Something old people will wear when they out golfing. Some of these golf pants has belt loops.
HC Belt is much sturdier and higher quality. Night and day difference. I prefer the comfort concealment for dedicated “no belt loop carry” and nothing else. (It is very comfortable, lightweight, and breathable) but it sucks to run it like a normal belt. The HC Belt is a “do everything” belt. It is a great option both with and without belt loops, but it’s slightly more cumbersome than the comfort concealment running it without loops.
@@NightwoodGuns Thanks for sharing, I picked up a Hunter Constantine belt and after trying it I just ordered another one and all I can say is this is way better and simpler that what I have been using.
Yep, it’s just triple the price and it gets a bit bouncy with my setup when it isn’t run through belt loops. The HC Belt is legendary, but I prefer this one for this specific application. The HC belt absolutely works in a pinch, though 👍
love your vids man and I hope you keep growing! QUESTION: is the XC your main EDC? I ask since im contemplating buying a c2 or P to edc aiwb but a fullsize just seems too big to aiwb, but i like the concept of doing it. let me know your thoughts!
I’m glad you’ve been enjoying the channel! 😎👍 I carried the XC for over a year and now I’m carrying the Bul Armory SAS II TAC (another full size 2011) I should probably do a full video on my transition from micro carry guns to full size pistols… but short answer: it’s not for everyone and you won’t know if it’s for you until you try it. I experimented with cheap striker guns to find the right holster, shirts, and sweet spot on my body for full size concealment. When I started carrying 2011s I started with the C2 and graduated to the XC. So that would probably be the safe bet. But if you can play with something G19 size and something G17 size before committing, that would be the best case scenario before investing in a Staccato for carry. If you can’t do that, then I’d just recommend the C2 to be safe 👍
These are on back order at the moment, anybody know about the Mastermind Tactics Covert Belt? It appears to be another belt designed to be worn under sweats and shorts
This is what I wear when working out so it’s seen plenty of sweat. It’s breathable and light, but it’ll absorb some sweat. If it gets really bad I just clean it with soap and water but that’s a rare occurrence.
I have two phlster enigmas. They let me deep conceal and regular conceal with ease and I wear them from morning until bedtime with no comfort issues. Quickly taking them off isn’t the fastest but with the level of comfort, concealment options and the amount of good PHLster has done for the 2a community I’m glad to use the product. This concealment belt looks nice, much better than just a bare belt and is priced well.
Specifically for carrying without belt loops, yes. For running as an actual belt? No. The best part about the HC belt is that it can be used for both 👍 Even if I prefer the comfort concealment as a non-belt loop option, the HC belt will work.

Nice! Yeah, this would be a great option 😎👍
Yep, it’s all fun and games until it turns out the cops had the wrong backyard. This is a great solution 👍
How'd you like the belt? What are you using currently?
@@kimurasquirrel Have you seen the VNSH holster? What are your thoughts? I was gonna give it a try first.
Very nice! That absolutely works. This is basically just the slightly more comfortable version of that belt 👍
yep I do the same. often with a optic cut czp01 or g43x in a tenicor holster with abdo spare mag. I'll carry my keys and fixed blade all on my waist, just as I normally would with jeans. I do wonder if this would actually be more comfortable for physical activities though? The zero is incredibly rigid
So you clip your holster onto your belt and your pants??
This channel is going to have a next level blow up soon....Congrats in advance.
Thanks! 2023 was a great year for the channel, and it’s only going to get better 👍
This will definitely give you some more security 😂👍
I was just going to toss a regular 'good video, thanks' comment. Then I saw (at the 2:45 point) that this doubles as an exercise video. That should really help with the youtube algorithm.

Interesting concept for those who need it. All my shorts have belt loops. I only wear athletic shorts working out and I do that at home. Great video, as always!
Yep, 99% of the time I have belt loops. But for the rare occasion I don’t, this has been the perfect setup. 👍 Glad you enjoyed the vid!

Nice, I’ll check it out. I’ve been eyeballing a Tightchutes fanny pack, but I’ll check the Ex Umbris out, too!

Another advantage to the fanny pack carry, is that under many circumstances, a warrant is required to get inside 😏

The Enigma is what I ran before this. It’s definitely a quality product and a great company 👍
Wow, thank you for this tip! I wear boardshorts during the summer most of the time.

Hi, thank you for this review. Putting the price aside, would you recommend this belt or the Constantine belt for everyday carry?
If you plan on running it with and without belt loops: the HC belt. If you only ever plan on running it without belt loops: this belt.
@@NightwoodGunsthank you very much, that answers my question! 💜
@@thejuicyroma 😎👍
Big fan of the Enigma System. This looks very interesting!
The Enigma is a quality product. That’s what I used before this 👍
Too expensive. it's $194 stated on their website then shipping and tax brings it to $221. If you try to add even the $38 sports belt, it adds up to $259. also subscribed to their newsletter and constantly checked during blk Friday week and also checked during Christmas. No sales whatsoever. The last time they did sales was a year ago and I'm guessing they needed to get rid of inventory. They do have less holster options which is FACTS And you have to find a secondary compatible holster to run with their enigma 0S which needs assembling once it ships. Their enigma is $94 ~$100. All the holster companies that are compatible with the enigma have their holster starting at $80 and if it's light bearing, closer to $100. So essentially if you have a PDP with a light, you'll spend $100 on the holster and $100 on the enigma 0S which adds to at least $200. So after $200 plus, you still need to assemble and build your enigma when it arrives. So enigma Os, $200 plus and enigma express, $200 plus. Their holster should cost $130 max ($80 for the holster and $50 for the belt and grey face plate).
Seems like a more practical product compared to other ones that require a way more complicated process to put it on and take it off.
Flashbacks to day 100 of running the Enigma… 😂
Right on, man! Thanks for sharing your experience! I didn’t realize you were so well-versed in belt-loopless carry 😂👍
@@NightwoodGuns it’s just what I’m in the most, and I’m all about carrying no matter what. So anything I can try out that facilitates that the better. I always find myself going back to the Grip6 but I haven’t tried the Comfort Concealment yet.
Best belt system for no belt loops is the mastermind covert belt imo.

Buy two belts and join them?
Don't forget the leisure carry belt, as well as the Alias. Maybe do a review on all 3 of these?
I tried the leisure carry and it’s fine. The beltless Alias is close enough to be comparable. It just wasn’t as stable and required a very tight waistband. Maybe I just have high standards for stability 🤷♂️ While they all work, this is my personal favorite. I’ll probably do a more in depth comparison in the future if this video does well. 👍
@@NightwoodGunsHow is is it for different "body types"? Maybe you can do that too? This is a great video! Can't wait to see the in depth video!
Haha "I hear you". Appreciate it!

Looks like a good solution to me. I do the same thing with either my Kore Essentials belt or Nexbelt, but nowhere near as comfortable as this looks.
Where does this stand against Hunter Constantine Belt?
HC Belt works GREAT in belt loops and still works pretty good without. The Comfort Concealment does really good without belt loops, but is crappy in belt loops. HC is also built better and will likely last longer.
This is exactly what I was looking for
I have been wondering why more brands haven’t done that little bit of elastic. When I saw the tier 1 belt I was really interested until I saw the price. Like why can’t kore add a bit of elastic to help out with comfort
Yep, there’s a reason I called the Tier 1 EDC-S/Hunter Constantine Belt the future of EDC belts. 👍
I've been wearing it for about a year. Works fine. But the stretchy part broke gonna get another one.
Great video, as always!

Somewhat a similar concept to, CliP and carry holster and Crossbreed Liberty Band. Thanks
Very similar 👍
Have you tried this style of carry with the EDC-S/Hunter Constantine belt that you also like? Does this one work better?

I love the HC belt, but when it’s not in belt loops it bounces with my 2011 w/WML and spare mag during movement. It also occasionally slips in the front on the draw since it isn’t as “sticky” as this one. I prefer this for no belts loops, but the HC is still legendary and can definitely do both 👍

Maybe, but I’m not a fan of it on paper. Most competition gas pedals are further back on the frame and that’s what makes them effective.

Would you recommend this over the Hunter Constantine Carry belt? (I wear basketball shorts 95% of the time living in Texas)
Both work in this role. This one is a little more comfortable (and affordable) for dedicated “no belt loop” carry. The HC Belt is a jack of all trades that works with and without belt loops.
Do I need the belt andddd the tail tab? Or can I just use the belt alone without the tail tabs? Thats mentioned on the website
I ordered with the tail tab, but I never use it.
But you can make do without 👍

how does this compare to the hunter constantine edc belt?
HC belt is great for both belt loop and non-belt loop carry. It’s is higher quality and sturdier. The comfort concealment is lighter weight and more comfortable, but only excels at non-belt loop carry. I have both and use both, but whenever I go without loops I opt for the comfort concealment.
I feel like the issue "is likely to be solved" if "they" as in the clothing manufacturers design sweat pants, joggers, pajamas or whatever that comes with "belt loops" so you can still CCW using your gun belt.
Gadsden Dynamis makes basketball shorts with belt loops.

How does it compare to the Hunter Constantine belt?

@@MyPeopleNeedMe Nice! Congrats! 🙌
is the velcro reliable for long term?
Can this be used on the outside of your sweatpants with OWB holster? Like a range belt alternative when I want to shoot in comfort.
Probably too flimsy for OWB

Good morning and hope your doing well! Have a great day 😊
Thanks so much! I am wonderful, and I hope your day is great as well 😎👍
@@NightwoodGuns thanks! Was a Pretty good day👊 have a great week ahead!
@@blazing2557 Right on! Enjoy your week! 👊
Sick hoodie, I'm a Berserk fan too.
Right on! Berserk is one of my all time favs (obviously) 😎👍
Could it go through the belt loops of jeans?
Yep 👍
Do you like this better than the HCC belt?
Specifically for carrying without belt loops, yes. For running as an actual belt? No. The best part about the HC belt is that it can be used for both 👍 Even if I prefer the comfort concealment as a non-belt loop option, the HC belt will work.
Is this better than Hunter Constantine belt for sweats/joggers/shorts?
In my opinion, yes. But the HC Belt is overall the superior belt by a landslide. This belt is very specialized for this type of usage.
@@NightwoodGuns word. Just ordered a HC this morning largely based on your review. Love the content man.
@@Keengocrazy Right on, I’m glad you’re enjoying the content. You can still 100% use the HC belt like this one. It’s a jack of all trades 👍
