Great vid as always. Weird Rockville is considered a monolith & not broken down the way Silver Spring(Four Corners) is on Niche list. Also my guess is Fulton ppl are going to the new Merriweather Entertainment district more often than Bmore.
I loved living in North Bethesda. Beautiful parks, nice neighbors, shops and public transportation nearby. Our daughter loved going to Vier Mills Elementary School. So many great memories 😊
Fulton, like Laurel is more of a suburb of DC than Baltimore but because of its central location and access to multiple highways you could work or play in either city + Columbia.
Awesome content as always. Just a question: I am a nurse moving to work in brightseat road Landover. Can you please recommend a safe place to live thats near the location? Thank you so much
Tbh in pg county that’s a little challenging and now you’re asking for somewhere safe in one of pg county notorious “hoods” my honest recommendation is either Glenn dale or National harbor or just don’t move to pg county, it’s not horrible here but it’s far from good
@@elijah2704 Thank you for the reply but not really planning to move to PG county. Just the nearest safe place to rent thats not far to drive. Maybe 30 or 40 minutes drive.
My list: St Michaels, Kent Island, Chestertown, Berlin, Easton, Westminster, Frederick, Deep Creek, Ocean City and Ellicott City. I wouldn’t live in Montgomery County if you gave me a house. Expensive, traffic and a liberal hell hole.

I had an aunt and uncle who lived in Rockville. I haven’t been out there in some time. I may have to take trip down there from Baltimore one day.

Rockville! No way...
Any city away from Washington DC and Baltimore would be safer. Most of MD is becoming ghetto 😢
Anyone know how many registered black voters in Ocean City? You can count them on one hand.
