The second lead will be less than 120 B phase and the third one will be 120 when you run across the meter across it. The one in the middle will be a little bit less than the other two and that’s how you get your three phase B phase ground three wires system old school in most cases in the old industry when they did that the entire building was the group was grounded to that lead When you do 43 phase, each phase has 120 and you have a grown from what I see you don’t have that so you gotta go with the ground
