After looking up some details, apparently that episode did have swearing in it, like a prisoner warning the kids that some inmates are so mean they "Beat the hell out of you for no reason" and another moment with a prisoner reaching through the bars, trying to grab one of the kids sayin "Come here you little bastard!" The swears were dubbed over or edited out in reruns after a lot of parents complained the episode went too far.
