Attempting to find the soft level cap of leveling without access to the bare essentials. Stripping away as little restrictions as possible in order to continue progressing. For no ability, no weapon, no armor, no talent, no buff warrior the soft cap is somewhere around level 20 (variance is depending on race).
Trying to now find the softcap with the allowance of only battle/demo shout since they have the ability to scale every 10 levels from when they’re first unlocked.
Will most likely go troll for the HP regen passive on my next attempt

Maybe going troll would be the play here? this way he has in combat hp regen and he can fence kite forever ?

i respect it but theres no way a sane person can spend 8+ hours per level doing nothing but hitting battle shout i would lose my mind even with a show or music on 2nd monitor
