I looooooved the interview with this guy. He is so right about tribalism in Africa and his mindset on how to treat his employees. We rather be panafricanists. I personally don't understand how in Africa we accept to be mistreated. This is hands down one of the best interviews in your channel. By the way is farm is good project and that mountain as a backgound? Amazing! I hope it's going to be preserved. I've really enjoyed this vlog.

Excellent video. I like that he pays his employees well. They become more productive when you value their skills and work.

But ild home made of burnt brick or cement block before container homes will be too hot and fade away fast. Burnt brick can lost even 200 years and has better cool temperature. Wooden building will not last long in west Africa as rain fails a lot
Jasmine, can I have info where the man bought his container house from please? Was it purchased like that or was it made for him please and the cost…? Thanks.
Hi Jasmine, this is Kelly. Calvin Daniels cuzin. I will be in Ghana from April 18 - May 1. I would love to meet you if you are available around that time.
Calvin Daniels is a positive person. He lost 120 lbs. which is 54 kg. He is leasing out the snail farm for passive income while retaining the other acreage for his active income. Calvin could do more good for himself and Ghanaian by buying the fish farms dirty water. The fish excrement makes good fertilizer for his plants, and fish farms must frequently release that water since it is bad for the fish. Calvin himself has stated that his maize is nutrient deficient. Both he and the Fish farmer would benefit with such a cooperation.
I never stated I'm leasing my land for passive income. I'm NOT. I never said the Maize 🌽 is nutrient deficient. I said I don't like the taste of Ghanaian Maize
@@SHAI-HILLS I apologize for misconstruing the narrative. However, I believe that you are still in a vulnerable position due to your water situation. Though you can currently pay for water while others cannot that is only a temporary advantage. You will be in a more secure position with artificial ponds in the high ground to gravity feed water to the low lands. I am mindful of Joseph in the book of Genesis. He prepared all of Egypt during the time of the seven fat cows for time of the seven skinny cows.
I'm confused by your statement. I don't Purchase Water. I have three Boreholes supplying more than enough water. We are planting our crops now, the beginning of the dry season due to our great water situation
