The NUMEROUS ADVANTAGES that Ghana enjoys with our great location, decent population/land size, natural/human resources, not landlocked, democracy, no war, PEACEFUL people etc etc that our leaders are not leveraging on to propel us forward, it's sad. Nigeria just completed their Lagos skytrain, that I even hear runs on electricity. Where's Accra's skytrain? Poorer Senegal has an electric train. Here common Accra-Tema rail is still single track and inefficient. Etc etc We should get serious

In year 3-5, I see you replicating the model to other parcels. So document & video your current building processes as a training manual for your Project Managers in your next projects. By year 5-7, you should be a brand with systems & teams handling multiple projects simultaneously. Yours will be to fundraise to potential investors with your finance teams. Perhaps dont move soo far away from cities and be close to amenities like hospitals or resident nurses and a doctor as communities start settling. Wishing you blessings !

This is sparking my interest in Ghana i’ve been watching so many news articles and stories lately about how African Americans are relocating back to Africa and it’s interesting that it’s news but I think the real reason is because they’re (as in the ones that want hold blacks down, and profit off of the things that we do without giving credit) are scared because black people are actually leaving. If a large group of Black people actually leave with their money, then how do we profit off of them anymore? Very interesting. If we all came together as one, nothing can stop us.

They are living the/my dream - Having my own land away from cities in the gorgeous West African natural landscape, being as self-sufficient as possible by growing crops, having edible landscaping, having a few farm animals, solar panels and mini wind turbines for electricity, collecting rainwater and boreholes for fresh water, compost toilets/loos. A home decked out with a few modern appliances and traditional Ghanaian cultural items would be awesome. Merry Christmas, Jasmine. P.S. There's nothing wrong with building with mud and clay. In the UK, homes are still built with fire baked mud/clay bricks.

I wish I can like this 100 times. I think I saw a project in Surkhet, Nepal on my visit, that looks like this. I am glad they are applying it to Ghana. It is very cheap.
@@frankbediako1372 Same material as rammed earth and same advantages as rammed earth, but rammed earth is poured whereas we are used blocks. With rammed earth, you must first have the forms and then you have to pour the material whereas with the blocks you simply stack them like legos.

@@frankbediako1372 Same material as rammed earth and same advantages as rammed earth, but rammed earth is poured whereas we are used blocks. With rammed earth, you must first have the forms and then you have to pour the material whereas with the blocks you simply stack them like legos.
