TP was my first Zelda game, and boy was I so pumped to fight a dragon. The Aerofos were cool but they couldn't hold a candle to a big ol fire breathing dragon. Also, yep I did absolutely get clapped by the last cycle with it changing the direction it was breathing fire. That was magical to me, it was as if it was reacting to my real time movements and as a kid I didn't realize then that it's just programmed to do that below a certain health threshold. It felt like it learned from my strategy, like it was a real animal fighting for its territory.
I honestly think people need to remember that Zelda games aren't really meant to be extremely difficult. This ain't Dark Souls. And usually the fun bosses are the ones that have multiple phases that you can adapt to, rather than one-note bosses.
I actually h.a.t.e when these people complain about a game being "too easy", i am one who would like to enjoy a video game without feeling like i have to crack my head open and break my joints trying to get past a boss because gaymers want everything to be hard!! Zelda games are an escape for me, yall can go hit up splatoon if you wanna stress yourselves out. Geez. But that aside, i love that we can take in these scenes and enjoy how epic they are!! Morpheel and the dragon are my favorite TP bosses for the ost alone
@@Zeldafan1ify Forget Splatoon. Go play Fire Emblem on the highest difficulty setting. That'll rip your brain a new one. The cinematics for Morpheel and the Dragon are spectacular. Especially since Morpheel has you fighting basically in a 20,000 leagues under the sea feel, whereas the Dragon you fight on the highest point of the temple in the heavens.
Tbh the dungeon was so confusing for me that I was kinda relieve the boss was a lot easier to deal with. Every play through the lakebed temple always gets me.
Ironically Twilight Princess was inspired by Lord of The Rings and was why the map was much bigger than previous installments to simulate the expansivenss of Tlotr world
Don’t ask me how I remember this but when I was 5 years old I was playing twilight princess with my dad and we got stuck at this boss my dad tried at least 17 times , so then when he had to leave to go to work i tried to beat it and I don’t know how I did it but I’ve beaten him first try and when he got home from work he was relieved and also surprised that I’ve beaten that boss all by myself. Note: we managed to finish the game in 5 days after that.

I feel like I’m playing shadow of the colossus when I’m fighting the morpheel. My favorite boss in the game tbh.
One of the best parts about the boss fights is this theme! It's like "NOW'S YOUR CHANCE!!! TAKE THE BOSS DOWN!!"

Yeah replaying it as an adult, the bosses are over pretty quick. But Zelda's a game for kids, and they are cinematic and memorable as hell

I got stuck on Argorok's tail and was just hanging in the air underneath him while he flied
Oh yeah, that happens if you clawshot his tail on the first possible frame, it's a pretty well known bug. Speedrunners call it CoolGame.
