@@the.hijabi.who.worksout Yes! I used to apply it at night only to avoid having the sun irritate my skin. Let me tell you, my acne cleared!! If you want to absolutely erase all acne and other blemishes from your face, I recommend using retinol (like adapalene) one night, and this serum during the other night. I started doing this little technique for about a month now and my skin is clearer than ever!
@@the.hijabi.who.worksout Since its exfoliating mabye just 1-2 times per week. It just depends on how sensitive you're skin is 😅.
The centella did not do much to my red and dark spots, but the blue version is better at minimizing pores and brightens those spots. I only realized this through experience. Also, it helps soothes the skin, but not that much for someone struggling with acne all the time. I recommend other products for those problems, but if you want Korean glowing skin for your already ok skin, this is good.

I’m trying the goodal vitac serum and I see no effects, been using it for more than. 3 weeks now, just gives a subtle glow but doesn’t help with dark spots and acne scars, I recommend mixsoon centella asiatica essence, that actually works ! Still looking for an effective vitamin c serum hopefully one of these work hehe
The same thing happened to me but I started seeing rly rly obvious results after 2 months of using it. I think putting sunscreen over the places I used it helped a lot a lot
To be fair. A lot of skincare is very personal. You can't say that because it doesn't for you then it won't work for others. Sadly, everyone has to find products that work for their skin. These are just the most sold or popular and hopefully you fall into that skin range.
@@dodgek5270 Actually you are right, it doesnt work for me as im used to higher concentrations of vitman c serum, this can work for some who are beginners to vitamin c, it can actually be gentle and the texture is nice, and from there they can increase the conentration gradually to see better results. Apologies for the fast judgement.

btw the second one (skin1004 centella ampoule) has different versions depending on your skin concerns, the one shown in the video is the 100% centella one but theres also other ones with 70% centella and other ingredients focused on specific concerns

This brand is not even in popular in Korea they don't even have physical store. Skin cupid itself promotes those so called Korean products read an article of new york. This broke my hurt most of these brands are not even in popular in Korea not even listed in olive Younge.

It's not too good for sensitive skin girlies, really irritating in my experience. I also read that it made another sensitive skin girlie break out in hives...

They should. Find skincare that match with the problem. Like theycan use cleanser with salicylic acid in it or like acne treatment gel. Follow with moisturizer and don't forget sunscreen!!

You can always try bakuchiol first as it is gentle but does the same thing as retinol.

I believe they should be fine to use together! As vitamin C is exfoliating and cantella is calming they should be good to go :) great pairing overall.
Currently use both and they definitely work. I haven’t had a problem using them together. I typically use the centella before the Goodal vit c. I’ve seen pigmentation improvements from acne scars with the help of vit c serum and I have super sensitive dry skin so the centella is light weight and does calm down redness.
Korean makeup and skincare scares me because it’s so overwhelming for an amateur like me- 💀
