    Rachel thank you so much for this video!! Helps me so much! I'm only into DNRS couple of months and have been feeling so much better my vertigo is better then out of no where my nervous system flares back up and omgosh all this nerve pain can't hardly take and struggle to walk. But I'm not giving up!!! Please keep sharing things to help people 🙏 your such a light in this darkness we are facing! Great inspiration to us all, and I'm so grateful for you ❤️

    Thank you for this. I would love to hear more about the "cons" of DNRS. But this video was encouraging that there are other things to try besides diet (carnivore) and exercise. Both of which I've done and I'm still sick (almost 14 years now). Praying you continue to feel better!

    Rachel, you and your videos are a blessing. I found your channel about one year ago and you have been a great comfort to me as I’ve navigated my own healing. I am so glad for you that you have seen so much improvement. You are an inspiration. Thank you so much for sharing your journey.

    So happy to hear how well you’re doing!!🙌🏼❤️ Can I ask if you still go to Caring Medical, and if that was primarily for the prolotherapy treatments? I’m starting PRP on my neck in the hopes to avoid a spinal fusion. Any info would be helpful. Thank you!

    Fascinating! I’m really curious about the Lyme turning point for you Rachel? I. Think you said that the antibiotics saved your life and that this is when you began to get on the path to healing. Which antibiotic was it, because doxycycline is a MMP inhibitor so might be expected to halt the destruction of connective tissue more generally too. Do you have any theories about that side of things? Is the Lyme gone or kept in remission by carnivore etc.

    Hi Rachel, I have recently started watching your videos and I am going through the same thing. i have been diagnosed with cervical instability and eds and the only thing i have been offered for treatment is the cervical fusion, don't really want to go down that road and really interested in the prolotherepy and curious about the costs involved. How much did all this cost, how long did you have to stay in Florida? What was the costs of staying in Florida for so long? I will be having to fly over from Europe and just want to know a rough figure it's all going to cost. Thanks

    Rachel, I've been following you on and off for quite some time. I say on a d off because your situation being so similar to my own often felt so triggering I couldn't really watch.
    Watching you in this video, I'm amazed! You look so well! Heathy even.
    You've got me VERY curious.
    I appreciate you sharing that you have "tweaked" the program and skipped parts that didn't resonate for you. I was wondering about certain aspects potentially being present. It's helpful to know you're seeing great progress while making it your own.
    Thank you for continuing to share your journey with us!

      @@roxanaianchis Hi Roxana! Thank you for your message. DNRS has absolutely helped with my jaw pain and joint instability related symptoms. My jaw still has a limited opening, but most of the time I have no pain from it. 😊 I believe I'll eventually have more ROM! As for instability in my body, that has improved SO much! I believe it is a combination of my animal-based diet over the last 1.5 years and DNRS. ❤ Hope that answers your questions!

    I tend to stay in the derealization/depersonalization space of POTS. It’s the worst. I’m looking at posterior PRP with Centeno in Colorado, hoping that helps with the CCI/AAI. So hard to know if it’s CCI/AAI, loss of lordosis, or actual POTS in my case 😢

    Thank you for showing people with chronic illness that there is hope. I've been sealed from a three-year CSF leak but still have residual PTSD and side effects from everything that happened to me. I'm looking into doing this program. As a first-timer, would you recommend DNRS or the Gupta program first?

    • @HealingWithRachael
      @HealingWithRachael  11 місяців тому +1

      I just shared a video talking about my experience with DNRS versus Gupta. :) I think it really depends on the person which program will be better. Both programs have free trials for the first few modules so you could always sign up for those and decide which one you feel more drawn to. Hoping all the best for you!

      @@HealingWithRachael Hi Rachel. When you talked about visualization, did you mean 1 hour total in a day or 1 hour for future visualization and another hour for past visualization? I'm also wondering if there is anything more specific about it that is good to know before starting. As I understand it you visualize positive past memories in detail while including all the senses, and then do the same while making up/imagining future positive scenarios in the same way (?). I want to try to do it on my own.
      Also want to say thank you for sharing all this. I've come back to some of your videos since i first found them when struggling with my own illnesses just to be encouraged.

    • @HealingWithRachael

      DNRS is a brain retraining course to learn how to regulate your nervous system so the body can heal! They have a lot of information about the program on their website.

    Hi
    I got to experience POTS on my former girlfriend and back then, I didn't know a lot about it, nor possible remedies.
    I am looking for a subject to try and find a protocol for which can minimize or remove symptoms of POTS.
    I am not a doctor or professional in the field, but merely a person who obsesses about some things that I can't accept as being unresolvable. There is no promise of anything, but what I want to try is not expensive and even if it doesn't gives the POTS any relief, it will have other health benefits. For being able to compare the results and refine the protocol, I would need some basic information to go by, and a dedication from my subjects to help better the baseline and approach.
    Does anybody want to help me try to help you?
    All the best ❤

    • @HealingWithRachael
      @HealingWithRachael  Рік тому +3

      I'm no longer strict carnivore (I was for about 14 months). Now I'm doing more of an "animal-based" approach. Still no seed oils, artificial ingredients, refined sugar, or processed foods. I focus on nourishing animal-based foods but also include local/organic fruit, herbs, and some grains. ❤

      @@zakyvids6566 Personally I believe DNRS helped much more with my POTS related symptoms. I started about 3-4 months after starting prolotherapy and quickly saw results for my POTS symptoms. That being said, for some progress with brain retraining can come more slowly. Hope that makes sense!
