Hi! I'm moving to Orlando soon and I've been doing some research before I schedule to tour some apartments since there are so many lol. This video is great btw! Apartment 2 checks a lot of my boxes. Can I have the name of that one please? Also, are there any other apartments you recommend I look into now that you are living in that area? Thanks!!
I highly recommend you stray away from Courtland on Orange! It is a new building and built horribly. You can hear literally everything from your neighbors. Other issues include the elevator being down for months with no signs of being fixed, pool closed multiple times for months, call box broken for guests, and a lot of ratchet activity from tenants.
Idk what you need to accommodate for but The Yard at Ivanhoe, The Oasis at Crosstown, LandonHouse or Ridley on Main are all luxury. I feel as though those are all beautiful apartments. Most apartments charge a lot for little square footage. If you want more bang for your buck, then looking outside the city would be a great alternative.

How much does rent cost in this apartments?
Rent ranged from $1600-$2500. Studio apartments on the low end ofc and 1 bedrooms on the high end. I didn’t look at any 2-3 bedrooms. These were all either downtown or in the downtown area btw.

When I was looking … the cheapest was $1600+ for studios which were around 400-500sqft. That’s not including fees. The max on 1 bed rooms were 23-2400$.

I was looking at Fort Lauderdale and Tampa but I didn’t want to be on the coast. I was in Orlando a month ago and the vibe matched my style. Don’t get me wrong though, I love Fort Lauderdale 🙌🏾🫶🏾
