Vacuum Table RAL - Tutorial ++ clamping devices - CNC - clamping tool ++

RAL vacuum tables provide enormous clamping force with low requirement to the vacuum pump, but you can just under special terms mill beakthroughs on RAL vacuum tables. They are made of cast aluminium and have a thread grid and workpiece stop collars. For example, they are useful for engraving.

i want to know what is power of vacuum pump .. how many - bar ( pa ) .. can you tell me ?

For grid vacuum tables you need high pressure and small airflow. That means you even can drive it with a venturi tube. In case you prefer electric vacuum pumps then it should be a small rotary vane pump. When we took that video we used our VT-VE1.5 with an airflow of 3.8m³/h and a relative pressure of at least 800mbar. www.vakuumtisch.de/Compressed-air-vacuum-generator

@@vakuumtischDE thx for answer and good informations ,. I will be milling plexiglass 800 x 150 mm , i am not sure 800mbar is enought for stable fixing
