I have the Dahl 133 and the Tgaal (I always have an in use and a spare). They are both fantastic sharpeners. I will watch your AFMAT video to check it out. Thanks.
I wish you would have tried sharpening the Prismacolor Crimson Red with these. I've had nothing but issues trying to sharpen it. Could you please try that?
Love the explanation about the difference between losing wood and lead. That first sharpen on the Afmat can seem like you are losing a lot, but when you compare leads they are the same. And if you keep it sharp after that, you lose hardly any lead. Do you like the Afmat more than the Jarlink that everyone seems to like?
I have the Mitsubishi crank handle, it’s absolutely amazing the teeth are plastic so doesn’t mark your pencils like the Derwent sharpener does, it takes all my pencils from Derwent done, can’t comment on Brutfuna square as don’t own them, I also have a spear Mitsubishi, i recommend that you try it and you will be pleasantly surprised xx
I have the vertical electric sharpener by afmat, I love it but if there's lots of color core still showing, I run my pencil over sandpaper to get a sharp point lol
I love my t'gaal sharpener but the prices have doubled in a year. I found them on jet pens for half the price. Also jerrys artarama has a 4 pack for $25.
Great video. I have the Dahl 133 and the AFMAT because of you, and I love them. Tfs
Glad you like them!
Ditto, all my favorites also!

Hope you enjoy!
I purchased a Afmat and a T-gal for travel later this review. Love them both. Thank you.

I use that color daily in all of these -- Im' a prisma gal. Never had any issues. Is it the same pencil or multiple purchases?
I love my Dahl 133! My only complaint is that it should come with instructions, because I had to watch a video to understand how to use it properly!

Yes, the Jarlink actually takes off lead -- while Afmat is removing wood
My first Dahl also broke. Maybe we both got duds! My first Afmat broke too. hahahaha. Just got the second one about a month ago.
Thank you for this advice, purchased my first good sharpener (chose Dahl 133, I'm still a bit scared of electric sharpeners😅, don't know why)
Nothing wrong with that!

I tried the Mitsubishi and it chewed up my pencils, but perhaps it was defective?
