You have done a wonderful tutorial! I love your explanation of kintsugi because it gives special meaning to the project. It goes beyond being just a technique. Your choice of DSP works well also. Thank you for sharing this with us! Wonderful presentation!❤️
Absolutely beautiful and a gorgeous technique! I had long forgotten about this technique since my college art days! Thank you for your beautiful samples… Can't wait to try this again! 💙
This is such a cool technique, Beth! I know just the person I can use this process to make a card for. She is going through a rough time, & I think this is perfect. Thanks for sharing - both the process & the symbolism/inspiration. Take care, & have an awesome day! :)
Beth, I ove to learn this Pottery fix. ! Never have seen this ! It is beautiful ! I have pieces that my daughter has made and they are cracked and Iwould love to Do it on real pottery ! Thanks again ! And the sentiment’s that you suggested are wonderful! Thanks can’t wait to see what you have next ! 🐒💕🐢
another good idea. I liked the thick and thins I got by applying the Versamark with the pad, but I bet you can get that with the marker too. I hope you enjoy making the card.
What you're telling me I didn't have to discard all those china things I broke? Just kidding. I really like this technique as it really appeals me. Thanks so much for showing us this. Plan to make a card using this very soon.
I have a bag of broken pottery that I thought I would turn into a mosaic bird bath one of these days. The paper version is much easier :) Have fun making your card!
@@BethRush Yes, I'm looking forward to making a card like this as my sister always really inspects the cards I send and tries to figure out how I made them. She will love this along with the story about Kintsugi. Thanks so much.
I really appreciate and enjoy all the SCS tutorials and articles, thanks so much.

A beautiful idea. Great for friends and family going through difficult times. I will definitely do this. Thank you.
Yes, my thoughts exactly. I'm glad you liked it :)
Love the concept behind the “torn” pieces.

Very cool technique! I think tearing the paper versus drawing on the lines gives a much more organic look. I love it! TFS💜🎨
Thank you so much :)
Very pretty Definitely think the explanation for the art is very inspiring!
This is a really neat idea! I might try it with a clear gloss gel or sticky when dry and toner foiling the cracks.
*Tacky when dry

I have an old loved vase that I would like to fix too. I may get to it one of these days. There are a few pottery tutorials out there.
Ooooh, I love this technique!
great! So glad you liked it!
Love the philosophy of this. Tfs!
Me too! I learned about it in an art course and just had to make it into a card. Glad you liked it.
Beautiful technique 💙
I would probably use my versa mark marker. I will be giving this a try soon.

Can you put more info on how you created the leaf? Where can we buy the tools to make that? Thank you
I love that paper, what kind is it please?
Countryside Inn by Stampin' Up!
Nice, but can barely see it. I don't think it's for me. TFS
