5:08 Mr Grey, check out Los Altares in northern patagonia on the 'Welsh corridor which comes from the coast at Puorto Madryn through Chubut where the main body of the Welsh people settled that colonised the region. By Los Altares is a place with old ancient rock art , a red hand painting , some weird looking rock so I'm told the holy grail. When I went there I had a very strange experience, physically I felt sick and heard stories of strange things happening like someone crossing the road but going over the road literally in the sky like the road wasn't there reminding me of that scene in indiana Jones where the bridge is there but we can't see it kind of thing but not lol. What I'm trying to say is the geology there is amazing , it's half in the desert with a weird colour to the land and the religious symbols along the side of the road of places people would leave things to an image of a Saint that is popular there. Word of mouth is you can take anything as long as you leave something, I have found money, cigarettes, water, wine and even coca leaves left by pilgrims doing this long walk across Argentina in the Direction of Bariloche in the West. The holy grail is many things to different people and what I found was what I think to be a time machine, or portal of sorts or what Hitler was looking for when he went there to the same place looking for a machine that powers itself, like an ark of covenant type thing which is why I felt physically sick there and I had diarrhea too, it was a weird time after having left Sao Paulo in Brazil on a motorbike bound for patagonia, 10 days it took to reach the port where the Welsh arrived on Boats also Templars a long time before them. There is a national geographic documentary in Spanish on UA-cam about 'the knights Templar and a stone door carved into a wall on a beach , a museum in a small town, an old cemetery with symbolism on the tomb stones that a guy took me to after I was asking about the templars who then introduced me to a friend of Lady Diana who is from a predominant Welsh family that live there that sat down and spoke to me for a couple of hours after I rocked up saying hi I'm Mr.Payne come to see the owner of the establishment... 😊
The two of you are bloody legends. 😁 One point you should have mentioned about "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skulls" is that the finale if quite a shameless ripoff of an older X-Files movie (I think it was the first?).... this UFO burried in the ice and now activating, breaking free and the heroes barely able to escape? Here it is almost the same, except that the UFO is "buried" in the jungle and overgrown. But the movie was alright, I just didn't like Shia LaBeouf as actor; I think they wanted to make him into an Indy successor which miserably failed; the film didn't need him to be good. It was the worst of the four but not that bad in itself. Haven't seen the latest one, only read critics saying that they didn't do Indy a favor being shown by his female successor how old he had grown, but as I said, haven't seen it. Star Wars overrated... I think Parrple made some excellent points. But Luke in the original trilogy clearly made a progression.... from the green farmboy to the training with Yoda, when he thought he was good he was shown by Darth Vader that he was not, and he had to get his mind right, until his confrontation with the Emperor where he was a full-fledged Jedi. But Parrple was also right, he was a shit Jedi compared to, say, Obi-Wan.... the Jedi of old trained for about 25 years, Luke had what? A few months? I like the prequel movies but I think that Hayden Christensen was not a very good actor. The three new ones.... no, don't like them. The first was practically the same story as A New Hope, and I highly dislike the character of Rey. She has no flaws, is far too perfect and achieves all she wants, and much better than everybody else. If you want a character with ZERO progression it would be her. The rest of the movie characters are forgettable, and Kylo Ren is the most pathetic Sith I ever saw, he gets beaten in lightsaber combat by a girl who has just seen a lightsaber for the first time in her life. Best of the Disney movies was Rogue One, I loved that one. Mandalorian and Obi-Wan were great, but I also liked Andor! The tone of the series was quite different. Looking forward to your next "podcast". 👍👍

I watched another Liam Neeson film last night funnily enough, and there was a character who said he wanted to be a musician in California - That was the moment I knew he was gonna die lol. Also, as Ghostbusters fan, I'm always pissed off that I live in an area where every single film I want to see is ruined by chavs arguing and using their phone, and gangs of kids fucking around in-front of me.
Thank you! I keep having the same argument with people saying it is unrealistic and stupid when the other films are just as silly. I swear the reason why the Last Crusade and the Lost Ark get a pass by so many is a culturally western/Christian bias. The magical nonsense was more logical if it was regarding Christian mythology or when it showed a murderous cult wrapped in an eastern and pre-contact Americas aesthetic. They are all just story time fun adventures, it isn’t supposed to be believable or taken so seriously.
I bet the reason some people thought the other Indiana Jones movies were more realistic even with the obviously not realistic stuff in them, was because it was religious stuff, which even though it's like magic, people believe in that type of magic, because it's about god and all that, it's silly, but I bet I'm right!
Still hoping for another stab at Michelo's livestreams.You never explained how both the orange that he was burning an d the planchette were moving t the same time and he pulled apart and ate the orang e to show it was a real orang eight no magnets or anything in it and if there were strings you'd be able to see them under the intense light.
I want a rebuttal! Why SW is underrated, please. I agree with you, Dandalf, except I really like Andor quite a bit. I think most people just think of the movies, and actually the SW Universe is incredibly rich and interesting. Sorry, Parrple, I love you, but you're so wrong. :p
