I actually feel clay masks or multani mitti just work superficially n removing excess oil and give a matte effect..they don't penetrate skin pores and remove the gunk from within🤔

You are over exfoliating dear. For now take a break and don't use any actives till your acne gets healed. During this break time focus more on calming and hydrating ingredients like aloe vera. After your skin gets healed then start using the aha serum once a week. After your skin gets adapted to serum then increase it to twice a week. Twice a week is enough for exfoliation. Never go overboard as it disrupt your skin barrier. Hope this helps 😊❤️

Hey! Aha or infact any chemical exfoliant should not be everyday and thats probably why you are breaking out!
