I love various Vaporwave, Synthwave / Outrun, Dark Synth stuff. But this is brilliant and kinda makes me feel like I'm in the 80's action flick, Cobra. Or one of the Bladerunner films. It also reminds me of 3Teeth.
ORAX-Ectoplasmic (15:07) Is really good, I love the bass guitar. The way it keeps building up anticipation (for lack of knowing much music terminology) is dope. And the voice that shows up for just a couple seconds was really good. 10/10
This stuff belongs in a Doom or Duke Nukem game, love it! This is exactly the type of music that inspired me to make my own darksynth channel with new mixes and creations.
Finally found the name of the genre I've been searching for so long. Awesome playlist and glad to see doom externals soundtrack got a great remix

I thought the thumbnail was som representation of the Devil, but now, looking at it from upwards and more attentively, I can see it is a scarab. Still, pretty cool. And the tracklist is just amazing, out of this world!
Yessss! This shit is jumpin. My coworkers don't understand how I can jam this in my office all day and simultaneously focus on work. This shit keeps my blood surging through my veins like batter acid, that's how! 🤘
Weeeey hasta que encuentro un compilado con muy buenas rolas. No podía salir de Perturbator y Dance with the dead, que son buenos pero necesitaba más. Buena vibra y gracias bro!!
This mix reminds me of the soundtrack from the movie Hanna(2011), it's the one that stars Saoirse Ronan, Cate Blanchett, Eric Bana and Tom Hollander. Highly recommend the movie if you haven't watched it yet🤗
This mix reminds me of the score for Nightmare 2. Its the only movie score I actually listen to. Its my precursor to discovering darksynth. As somebody into UKG and Jungle in the early 90s when it was all new this music has blown my mind.
I'm a metal head and generally dislike anything EDM/sythwave/not actually playing an instrument, but this shit slaps. It's menacing and heavy and it had a really solid atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend
The start song sounds straight out of Terminator! I heard Future War in my head during the first couple minutes! This is a nice change up from other synth stuff.

We're still in lockdown yes. Some people are protesting and gathering to lift it. Morons. They're gonna get sick and die.
My music taste changing every week: "this isn't even my final form!"
lmaoo right i don't even know how many genres i've listened to the past few days already

yeah i agree man definitely helps when it comes to channels like astral that compiles songs.
@Hexab0t 100% agreed
Better late than never. Now the option to set an A > B loop region on the seekbar is all that's left.
Hey Astral Throb! Thanks for featuring two of my tracks, your support is again much appreciated!
Your music is so good! 👍
The Psyborg is my fav one
Awesome track, my dude. Awesome to find your music. A real banger!
Yes, this mix helped me discover Chaos Vector. Time to look for their music to download.
Oh shit! CV with the shout out! We appreciate the music and the lack of copyright strikes on these videos!

This is like dubstep that doesn't make me want to shoot myself in the face.
Yeah, because it isnt actually dubstep you know.
Bravo! Well said!
It's Synthwave… It came before dubshit. But yeah I know what you mean, it's just cringe. Very normal response to it.

This is the type of music that would do well in a movie
If they ever make a sequel to VFW, dark synth wouldn't be a bad genre to include.
