STRONG DRUMMERS PLAY LONGER - Розваги
Thanks! Very helpful video... keep up the great work! (from Toronto too!)
Thanks so much! Go Toronto!!!
Ok, Great Video and Info, but would you please give us Drummers some specific Drumming Exercises to do for all around playing? IE- Arm, Calves, Legs, Hips, Shoulders, Back, Feet, Ankles, Wrists, Hands...All of these for Endurance and Strength. Thanks for all the help for us Drummers!!
Please more on fitness for drummers! This topic is vastly not addressed! Thank you for discussing fitness because we really need this as drummers! Can't wait for future videos!
You got it!
yeah, man! a modern drummer is a physically well-shaped drummer!
Truthfully all people should be when considering longevity
Hey Brandon... Great stuff. I've been suffering from what i believe is general inflammation in my hand joints, and was just prescribed physical therapy (which I've yet to start). Can you recommend hand exercises that might help someone like me? Would be very interested in seeing how they line up with the local PT routine
Awesome video! Just came across your channel, been watching tons of your videos as I've been unable to play for awhile now. I've been having hip pain for about a year (mainly the left hip). Been playing for 17 years (I'm 21) and I have never had an issue until a year ago. Gone to multiple doctors and physical therapists but I still cant seem to get any relief, even just walking can be a struggle, let alone playing drums. Any videos/workouts you reccomend for hip strengthening?
Thank you!
Thanks for providing this to drummers! I work out and have been getting tennis elbow. It’s more noticeable when lifting weights but it does bother me when playing drums. I’d love to hear any advice on this. Thanks
Happy to help! I’ll do a video about it!!!
@@brandondrummechanics Thank you! I am also suffering from some RSI injury. Tenosynovitis de quervain to be exact, maybe include that as well and wrap up all the nasty wrist injuries?^^
Surprised....I always thought bigger muscles were better period; never considered different strength building for different purposes.
