Kit i heard you talking about this on Craig Jones' podcast, i wish more jiu jitsu instructors/ coaches/ professors taught this way as it is truly a great way to learn.
@@kitwarchilddale tried this evening at the open mat. I am a 49 yy white belt, with ft job , family commitments, but decently fit. Some guys were OK with playing games, others were sort of on the fences and others just wanted to roll. Morale: in 90 minutes of class was off only 5 minutes, coming back fresher, happier to learn something instead of just being smashed for my ego. Yet we are all different.
